Suppose I lay 350000 usd in and for tax reasons I take a loan from 250000. Then I will have a monthly cost from around 4000 USD over 10 years. Then the question is can I get it rented out for 5000 USD a month knowing the tenant still has extra monthly costs to pay? Over ten years also the owner is confronted with extra costs say at least a year and a half in damage. I don't know. The yearly property taxes on those houses are not included.
