This one’s not had the top of the dashboard upgraded to the black version. The lighter colour means you get distracting reflections on the windscreen in certain light conditions. Renault did replace them under warranty. Don’t know if they still would with a vehicle of this age.
I've just sent my friend the video and she will be in touch. I wish I had bought from you myself as I bought from a franchised dealer and they know nothing about the BMS update. It's been a real struggle to get it sorted it's like Renault EV and Renault ICE are two different companies. The Zoe is a great little city car if you begin and end at home. If you do more than that forget it. The network is rubbish for just type 2 that really needs stressing and the electric highway never works. If you do know more than a 60 mile round trip because that's all you'll get in winter it's ace. How do you go about getting a price for the battery and will a dealer mark the price up?
