She stayed there for 2 years then she put it on the rent and she moved in her new duplex apartment in Bandra West, Now Finally she is ready to sell it. Guys it's a historic apartment. That terrace she used to do yoga. Infact i used to work for a top daily newspaper as a photo journalist, I went there six times with all my colleagues. for now I am with another major journal house. It’s Malabar Hill. Right next to Kumaramangalam Birla bungalow. One of the most premium locations not just in India but the world. It’s demand and supply that determines the price. Chapri log thodi na rahenge yahaan. But I agree rest of Bombay prices are inflated by land mafia and black money infusion.
As per government laws transfer fee cannot be more than 25000. If the society is charging more the buyer can take society to court and bend them by law . Do not fall for self dictated rules of the so called society
You are right about that when it comes to most most properties in Mumbai, but Malabar hills is one off place, it's ridiculously 90s, calm, quiet and extremely peaceful compared to anywhere in Mumbai😅
