Awwww....this makes me really sad to see Ms. Scotty's health has deteriorated so much. The last video I saw of her she was so excited to be at ITH and was looking forward to moving to her other lot.

I love the fact that it has 2 doors. One door kinda freaks me out. If you would ever have to get out fast you have options.

I remember Miss Scotty!!! I know I can't afford this home but boy I wish I could. My kitchen cabinets are that green too. My favorite color. For my daughter and I. Perfect and better yet would be back in TN. I'm retired and my daughter works from where she lives for an insurance company. Bless Miss Scotty's heart and hope her health improves.

Just FYI - hers is not a “stackable” washer & dryer. Hers is a one piece unit. A stackable is actually two separate pieces that actually stack one on top of the other.

Hi Scotty & Teresa!!!! This home is amazing. Totally love the Downstairs bedroom! With the loft upstairs a 2nd bedroom/Office/Cave. I was in this home about 6 weeks ago, and it's so roomy. And the mint green trim, my favorite color!

It's sad to see how many ladies are having to sell their homes due to their health.

Ms Scotty, i had 2 friends, through my mom, who were born in Edinburgh, their last name was Young. Their mother worked for the Queen mother when they were children. They remembered teas in the garden with royal children when there were times the staff was allowed to join in. One of the sisters, Joan, had slowly acquired an accent a little more like an English accent, while working as a driver at night for the British Army!, in London for the duration of the 2nd World War, sometimes as bombs were exploding around the city. I remember her as being calm, with steady nerves, as she'd experienced the worst in past days so nothing bothered her much afterwards. Be safe, it's been a pleasure seeing you and your lovely home again in these videos, I would have loved to have been your neighbor in the community or purchased your home in a minute if i had my house sold.... Mant Blessings, Safe Travels, stay strong, and so positive and kind ❤❤❤❤❤

Not trying to sound mean but ppl plz think before you buy something if it’s going to work out in the long run.It’s hard to just pack up and move when you get older ..I use to think I wanted a tiny home because there cute and we don’t need as much room but you also have to think it’s it going to be big enough for me to move around in if I get down and out ..We never know when we get older what’s going to happen to use ..I’m having a problem now because I moved to a place that doesn’t have washer and dryer hook up ..I’m long longer getting to where I can carry big loads of laundry in and out of the laundry mat do to my poor health

I sent a prayer for Ms. Scotty's healing. It's too bad she cannot stay in her beautiful little home. I wish her well.

I mean this respectfully but it seemed a little like you were putting her on the spot about what items she would take vs leave with the house. She seems like a very sweet but sensible lady and I’m sure she’ll keep stuff she needs but it did seem a little pushy. Maybe you can take the time to make a list with her without a prospective buyer there so you already have the info on what she is willing to leave and it’s not like haggling with her on the spot. Again, I mean this with good intentions, the lady showing the home was very nice and patient it just seems like there could be a more tactful way to do it as to not put any pressure on the owner whatsoever to leave any items.
