You don't know what it's like to be in a war zone, all you do is watch to much tv and believe the media. If you don't know what is going on and why we're there and your only argument is "what you have heard" please leave and keep your stupid ignorant comments to yourself. Btw welcome home brotha. You deserve it. Hooah!
Couldn't agree more my friend, we really don't know what you guys feel in a war zone, while you put your lives on the line not knowing if you'll return to see your loved ones, the rest stay home getting media garbage all day into our brains and thinking that everything is fine, it has allways been like that. I don't know the motives why you go to these places... some say oil (this is the most commonly word used to awnser the "Why the US there?" in the internet these days), some say other kinds of crap, but I know that you guys go there with only the protection of your country and loved ones in mind and nothing else, that's a true hero, and I can't imagine what's like knowing that you're able to never see your family again, the colsest I got to losing a loved one was when my mom got diagnosed with breast cancer, and that brought me down, alot, but I can't compare that to what you guys go through, it's not the same. Anyway just wanted to say that even a non-american like me (I'm portuguese btw) shared the same point of view as you, thank you for serving your country. Cheers from portugal ;)
I tell you. I love these stories so heartwarming. but after all the planning you would think these people would get someone who knows how to operate a camera film it!! Every freaking time it's the same thing!
I agree with +jr jaimez, I'm Puerto Rican and some of my family is in the army and I've noticed that a lot of these videos are of Americans and Colored skinned (not to be rude honestly love black people more than Puerto Ricans) but ya. People never appreciate or accept that in the army, that there is more latinos and black people than American
so I really wanted to cry with this video, but I couldn't because I honestly could not see a thing. I mean I could but I had to squint the whole time.. but I like the concept so good video
Kianaly Pedraza "AMERICAN" is not a race..America is home to people of different national origins. As a result, Americans do not equate their nationality with ethnicity, but with citizenship. So it doesn't matter if your black, white, mexican, Latino if you were born in the United States you are an American.. As far as your statement about more "Latinos and black people than American in the army" (you can be black or Latino and still be an American) either way your statement is way off.. Here are some Military stats by race 71% are Caucasian Males 16% are Black Males 4% are Asian Males 5% are mixed/other 12% are Hispanic Males
Just to be clear - i respect and love the troops HOWEVER there are much better troop reunion videos on this website - too staged, poor cinematography and i felt like Morgan might have been in on it?
Why is this camera so faraway, you can't see the emotion or almost anything too far away and that guy standing front of us made it less enjoyable, next time, get closer to the stage.
