So I woke up bcz I felt my beautiful angel guide touched my cheek and I actually touched her. That touch was so full of warmth and love that I can't describe. I felt this for the first time today. It was the most beautiful experience I had ever till now. And it's just 24 mins into this meditation. I felt like I'm climbing to higher dimensions where all my guides were there and they welcomed me.i think I saw same angel outside my window few mins back before dreaming of this and before angel touched me. That touch was indeed an experience of unconditional love. ❤ wow 😍😍😍🌈🎀 I love my Angel more now. 🌠

Greetings all. I found Solfeggio frequencies by chance one late night. Downloaded the first one 396, I listened to it during my work day and felt far more calm, then later listened to it again this time with headphones, I went into a very deep trance state and remained there just about all night, was amazing.So I progressively downloaded the rest. Last evening I used 639. What a night. I am working hard to remove blockages. Man alive did the floodgate open. In the process some dark force tried to attack, calling on my guides soon dissipated the attack, I then went into that same trance like state, were some very painful memories from a time long past resurfaced. I was able to ask a friend who died tragically in a military friendly fire accident, for forgiveness for not being strong enough to hold his hand while he died. ( I was't the shooter) I've carried that guilt for so many years locked tightly in the heart chakra. How wonderful to feel his presence. Today has been pretty emotional, and I am feeling very drained, but know this is part of the process of letting go. Wishing you all Peace, Love and Light

When you think about letting go... I believe it is better to think of it as picking up what you dropped... When traumatic experiences come, you drop a LOT of things inside and external to you and they become distant to your experience of life... If you want to "let go" of the past, it REALLY starts when you pick up the things that were dropped because of pain. I hope this helps deepen your transition into a healthier self.

If you live in USA you cant get away from flouride water even if you stop drinking flouride .... when you take a shower it absorbs into your skin the whole damn USA water supply has that crap in it even most liquid soaps or bar soaps have it ! The food that is grown has it so sorry there is no escape u will still have a lot of it but it will not kill you or shrink your pineal gland as long as you keep it active your fine !

It is your soul weeping my friend. Whatever you have been through it is okay to accept it and not look at the past, but to learn from it and make you stronger instead of letting it destroy you. We all have free will, so use this free will to be at peace with yourself and your soul will feel better my friend. Speak and think positive because the universe is always watching and listening, and when I say this I mean God because it is only He who created the very universe we live in and that because He is so powerful His presence wraps around the entire universe. Speak to Him for He is the universe, even if you don't believe in Him! I have felt this very empty lonely feeling as well but I realized it was God I needed in my life because He gives the true meaning to life, a lot feel this feeling and it is because they are living for the world, their flesh and that won't fulfill the empt void in your soul, only God! Ave Odom Yes! We as humans actually have more senses than just 5 (what we originally tbought) ... Vibrational, audio frequency, and sensitivity to electromagnetic fields, to name a few. Bless!
