I was curious to see the flat pattern of the sheet metal at the end of the video. Does the flat pattern work?

I think the flat pattern is the part before the tooling and bending was added. Add a configuration and suppress those features and call it "flat pattern" ? Just my guess.

Piercing is preferred to capture the normal arc apex since only making coincident makes it somewhere on the line, not where the arc intersects the sketch plane.

It can be made in a simple die set ( very cost effective) Also it can be made in compound and progressive ( but very costly)

Any advanced SW users out there? Let's redo this model using "emboss pattern" for the punched in feature. That's how it would be done in industry practice. Peace.
