Then Chewie falls off the train onto the ice, and then in the next movie called “Duo” (the sequel to Solo) comes and the villain is the Winter Chewie, a chewbacca with a metal left arm who doesn’t know who he was.

Personally, I did like this movie.

This movie proves you dont need jedi or sith to make a good star wars movie

Spoiler: they both live and will be fine.

You can’t end your trailer with a shot of chewie about to die, knowing he lives.

I just watched this, and from a 9 year old that stood on line in 1977 and in the snow to watch A New Hope this was a fantastic prequel I couldn't have been more pleased. Great acting and storyline. Two thumbs up 👍👍.

4 years later and this movie not only holds up, but it's one of the best Star Wars projects out there. This movie is WILDLY underrated. #MakeSolo2Happen

I liked and enjoyed Solo: A Star Wars Story. And I recommend everyone to either go see it, or buy the DVD. I will never listen to a main stream critic again. Because of them I miss out on seeing a great and entertaining Star Wars movie. They talked so negative about the movie that I believed that the movie was not a good movie. After seeing it on Netflix, I greatly enjoyed the movie and I would have enjoyed it more on the big screen. I see that I can not trust film critic anymore, because I see that they are either more political, or they did not get enough money to speak good about this film. They need to learn to not to destroy things, and people careers, because they just don't remember to how to have fun and tell the truth about a movie that has real entertainment value for everyone and their fans. To make a long story short, They love telling a lie for money, than they do enjoy telling the truth.

What's the point in making it look like Chewie is about to die?

Watched SOLO today...this was a fantastic wonderful adventurous movie. Definitely in my top 3 for movie of the year

Word of advice: assume every movie will let you down, and you'll never be disappointed.

The last jedi, force awakens really shed a dark shadow on this movie. Despite the controversy about the sequels, i can say SOLO MOVIE and ROGUE ONE are my favourites

Only true star wars fans enjoyed and appreciated this movie, although there were some parts that could have been better. And for people criticizing the actors, theres really nothing they can do, they can just bring back Harrison Ford into this role. Truly an underrated film.

I like how the "A Star Wars Story" movies have different feels and tones to them. Rogue One had a war movie vibe and Solo is clearly going for the western feel. Like Unforgiven with Star Wars characters.

This was one of the best star wars movies that Disney made.... It's too bad that people believe the internet trolls that hated on it so bad before they even seen it.

I really don't know why this movie gets hates on the internet. This and the Mandalorian series are my favorite Disney star wars.
