West Yorkshire, Huddersfield....apparently one of Yorkshires roughest areas rife with smack heads and crime, i see what is actually kicking off there! SUBSCRIBE - / @honestplaces #huddersfield #westyorkshire #travel
The places visited or was near are a different kettle of fish @ night! Deighton also & "lower Birkby" aka Sheepridge will always have the tarnish & sense of how it was before it had a makeover
I bet many many moons ago that derelict mansion was absolutely stunning with them beautiful quiet surroundings, shame you couldn't get inside ❤ Stay safe on ya Travels 😊
the derelict house was called dalton grange and was originally a private house before becoming a members bar and wedding venue, it was a great place in the 80s and 90s, think they found asbestos inside so good you didn't enter.
What gets me is people have a go at 3rd world countries that look shit and rubbish all over but some estates are minging. And there's no immigrants in them 😅😅
Mate rubbish is my pet hate. People just happy with chucking rubbish everywhere, no one really cares about their own area anymore. It aint hard to just bin your rubbish, then there would be zero litter. I know what you mean
Thing is buddy yer walked out of Deighton Station then went wrong way by going on cycle path. Yer shud have walked straight up that road... but then you would be probably dead now. That skool stabbing 18 months ago was about a mile up that road.
@@paulthomas197 it's on the list pal!.....i was expexting proper run down houses etc. I guess it's just the crime that is bad which doesn't make areas look bad aesthetically
Nowhere is rough at the times he visits them, try go for a wander after dark and see how long you last,,,,,,, oh that working man's club is where someone had their arm cut off 😮
Just looks like the same old decent kinda towns I deliver parcels at daily. I've worked in some awful awful dangerous areas. This definitely ain't as bad as people say. It ain't great but it ain't that bad
For a short time I lived in Deighton back in 2002 ....It was pretty much how you found it EXCEPT there was a 'Air' of caution come silent fear (for want of better wordage),.... This quiet , cautious , fearful atmosphere was cos of a gang fight between (so I was told!) The Locals and The Kosavans..... .....I don't mean any disrespect but im not 100% sure of the following , but a lad was killed in this fight and I THINK he was one of the Locals. The lampost where he died had become a place for reefs and cans of beer . I don't know if the hatred continued into ongoing warfare but perhaps some of the bumph you've been told about Deighton is stemming from these gang hassles of 2002. I also spent some time in MOLD GREEN (if it's spelled right?) and that was more hairy.
You don't seem to know anything. Why don't you do some research before you visit these places. Give us some background, history etc,. They might even be worth watching then.
He is too busy slagging off places.Huddersfield is one of the most popular places to purchase a property.Shame he doesn't mention the stunning countryside literally 15 minutes away 😢
I've watched several of your videos and they're potentially good, however the amount of times you keep turning the camera towards yourself ultimately makes them infuriating. Viewers primarily watch them to see the honest places, not you, despite how good looking you are of course. Have a think about it. Thanks
How do you know that "viewers primarily want to see the honest places"? Have you done a survey? Personally, I enjoy the interactions with the creator, so it's all a matter of opinion. Asking the content creator to "think" about altering his videos, to suit you, is unreasonable. If you don't enjoy the content, why are you watching it? Maybe, consider creating your own content, better suited to your preferences.
@@danielcarney3182 I'm not watching so the question is irrelevant. I have no interest in watching cowards going to what they claim to be rough estates, during hours when the streets are empty with no evidence to prove such.
