@@king_snipes2423 i live on an island in the mediterranean and i don't have any sort of boat i can't afford it ,even that's my hobby but i can't enjoy it... life is hard and for me it's even harder 😥
Camera Life bro, chopped, edited and delivered in a nice pretty basket....this dude goes through hell...its hot humid and fucking miserable. The lesson we can learn here is to make Paradise where ever your at. This guy is awesome and so are you, im just an asshole that has something to say about everything...sry, lol...luv ya broskies
This is our idea of self quarantining. Unfortunately living in Ohio, USA, we don't have anything quite so blue. However, we're spending copious amounts of time as a family fishing and kayaking the local lakes and streams. Gotta respect that social distancing, right? Honestly, we're loving it. With me working full time and one kiddo in school, we hardly saw each other. This is a blessing in disguise.
Apple Valley Lake, is so much more beautiful, especially in early fall and late spring....just saying Ben....dont know if youve ever been to a very hot and humid part of the world...but where your at is fucking stellar compared to the misery of the heat and humidity and mosquito and bugs of Australia. Not to mention Lake Erie and many others , Personally id take fall cabin on lake where your at over most parts of the world any day
love the vid. If you put your water bottles in the freezer they'll help you keep stuff cold and stop your butter from melting. Then when they thaw out, you can drink them!
What an awesome trip away from the rat-race. Wish I was there. I would have used the sea water to cook the crays in though. Keep on posting your adventures. It's like I'm there enjoying the ride with you. Thanks
Used to have a pet crayfish, his name was "Norman". He was a smart one, he was. I remember waking up one morning, couldn't see him in his tank, went on a search for him to find him in the kitchen, next to the cat food bowls, with the cats on the opposite side of the room, staring at him. Plopped him back in his tank, re-duct taped all holes, went down the day after, to find the exact same situation, and duct tape strewn across the floor... Can safely say, I think if I had tried to cook him, the tables would be turned and I would be the dinner.
back when you had a job right? you quit and started doing this full time if i remember correctly! mate, you are so genuine and easy to listen to! probably many people have asked, but do a competition or something, i'd LOVE to accompany you as a newbie adventurer! you've worked hard for a good life! mad respect!
DRINK MORE WATER! Getting a heat injury sucks. Nice to see someone kayak camping with a sit-on-top yak. I grew up paddling in the Gulf of Maine/North Atlantic. You’ve got me adding chile’s to the shopping list.
Binge watching from Philippines! Hoping to catch up on your latest vids. Im definitely checking the old ones out and not skipping the ads. More vids to you mate. Great adventures!!
If I ever make it down to Australia, I'm definitely going to try kayaking from island to island, living off the land and sea. It must be so awesome to commune with nature like that!
I've done some trips like this myself but I have a boat with a cabin so it's a bit different to how you do it but staying on remote islands like that is some of the best fun and it's also great to watch. Loved the video!
Yea its pretty special for sure. Ill probably have to look at a boat at some point to get the whole family out there with me too, as long i'm getting out there 👌
You seam like an absolute gentleman, I had no idea Australia had so many pristine islands and beaches, I'll be heading off in the next month or two...can't wait to purchase a fishing rod again..and gas burner...
Man I wish I had a bundle of islands to chose from that I could just go camp on for a few days whenever I wanted! Very jealous! But thanks for the content.
Hey brother I’ve seen you a couple of times on your away weekends having to get salt and pepper from little round containers. Bro I’ve gotta say if you use the large tic tac containers; you can sprinkle instead of pinching your salt and pepper. Trust me it works better. Hope it works for you as it has for me. Cheers.
Just want to say what amazing videos am jealous ha ha what a life I found one of your videos and subscribed immediately I absolutely love them keep up the great work currently off work waiting for a back operation and spend most of the day watching them so you need to keep going on the adventures and posting as many as you can they keep me going lol thanks so much for allowing us all to see what lovely islands you have Andy
Bro, watching you run down that lobster is one of the most incredible things I’ve ever seen. I really hope to be able to do this one day. I’m still young, better work hard I guess. 😅
Perhaps one of my favourite videos, I loved this! I’ve kayak camped and fished so can totally relate to your experience, and your story telling through video is just soooo good. Look forward to your next adventure, how cool to be able to take family with you, can’t wait for that👍👍👍👍👍
Great video, what i like about this guy is unlike lots of other foraging clips he doesn't try to be a hero, a joker, act the fool, down to business and gets on with it. Does anybody know what part of the would his in please.
Regarding no fires, it’s an interesting issue. If you’re responsible and have the fire on sand and have a bucket of water handy, shouldn’t really be an issue, AND it clears some of the dead wood lying around, which if left to build up indefinitely just increases the chance of fire and the severity of it when it happens.
So this is a strange development I now prefer to watch this guy than Netflix. . . . Who would of thought I would enjoy your videos this much!!! And your accent is great (I'm uk)
Another nice one mate. Those cray sangas looked delish. Just a tip, food security is important in the field as you have found out. I use a dry bag suspended from a tree, much safer from dingos, birds, ants, possums, and goannas. Also, a hoochie and mossie net would take up much less room and weight than the swag. Maybe something to think about on your next trip with Dash. Great vid mate. Oh, nearly forgot. SWR 7 Mar 2wks, come down. Cheers, BobbyB
You provide great content. A lot of fun,but just a word. You seem to always be forgetting something you need. Lists man. They work. Thanks for your hard work to produce your adventures.
I cannot put into words how absolutely amazing this whole video looks.... perhaps someday i will be in the position to experience life at your level my friend.
What a life, I really jealous with you. Hopefully in your age I can enjoy my life as well you enjoy your wildlife life. You're inspiring many young man around the world.
Awesome video RodKITKIT !! You and Andy are the Best RU-vidrs out their in Australia RodKITKIT !! You inspire me to catch my own food for the Family RodKITKIT !! Thanks for putting all of your hard work into these awesome and epic videos RodKITKIT !! Keep up the amazing work RodKITKIT !! Cheers William !!
On the water thing, if you always have more than you need, that’s the right amount, if you lose some, it spills, or you can’t get back due to bad weather then you won’t be in dire position.
try mixing/shaking salt, pepper and dried chillies together until salt color change to red.. thats the best seasoning I had back when I was in training..we are only allowed to bring 100mg of seasoning
Nice video mate! Friendly advice: avoid putting hot food from the pan into a plastic plate. It burns out the plastic if it's too hot and that's not good for health! Otherwise, I'm a big fan! :)
Always hit the thumbs up button before I watch it. Really enjoy these vids you live in such a beautiful place. We will be dealing with snow here soon in New England. Definitely don't enjoy the winters the older I get lol would love to move somewhere were the weather is nice all year long. Have a good weekend and stay safe Jimmy from Massachusetts
