@@pete567 this is why i laugh at those losers who gatekeep and sit on this game all day, all the regret will flood in once this game dies or once they loose intrest. all that time wasted on a virtual game spending thousands of hours on virtual progression. No furthuring their career and once they're in their 40s and 50s they have nothing saved and nothing to look forward to.
It would be cool if the "solo raids" are more just that you don't need a full party. Imagine you and 1 or 2 buddies could just party up and have the npc or whatever, fill in extra spots, or have mechs changed, that would be cool too.
Stoopzz should go back to playing with new players/random people from his community. Him mainly playing with these 1640+ hell mode people is giving him a completely different image of the game and it's struggles than the majority of players have. Normal people don't worry about if they should take a 2 week vacation to do the first and then worry about if half the party is g2ging. Normal players worry about, if the pala they took after a 1 hour wait in lobby doesn't know what a stagger bar is.
I didn't particularly find anything he said out of touch, it seems he wants to have current content be hard but have different avenues for people to get to the current content that doesn't involve party finder for old raids that could still be jailed.
Personally, I am looking forward to solo raids. As a casual player, its really hard to find static groups that fit into my erratic schedule. Most of the times i get to play are on Tuesdays when everybody has done their raids already. Secondly, anyone who has had a static or been in a static before would know the difficulty of replacing a member who has quit the game. Like Stoopz said, you gotta make the game approachable, but i have had many sour runs with hardcore players of this game that have really turned me off raids like Vykas or Brel which took months to recover from. Solo raids may not save the game, but at least it may finally respect my time.
need solo raids cus i took an extensive break whilst my friends kept playing, they're now 1620 and 5x 1600 while i just returned to 1600 and 5x 1520. can run stuff like brel with them on alts but running 5x clown and 5x vykas on my own in the party finder just isn't it, and they don't enjoy the game enough to willingly run me through those every single week. plz solo raids 🙏
Can’t imagine coming back to this game after a long break (or even 3 month break). I guess since you have friends that are willing to carry you, it is fine. But if you had to pug it would be horrid.
I think there is a major point being missed on if Theamine is good for the game. The way you unlock tier 4-6 and tier 7 transcendence. 4-6 isn't hard to unlock content wise, but 1630 ilvl ain't cheap. After 1620 the amount of gold to tap is insane. Then to get tier 7 unlocked, the content is the hard part. I don't think locking progression/power behind the hard mode content is good for the game. If you as a player want to just chill and slowly make your way to tier 7 by doing normal mode, the game shouldn't gatekeep you from that choice. It already rewards hard mode enjoyers by giving them more mats, gold, and quicker progression.
Yep, it is a terrible design for the game. The hope is they fix those requirements in the next few months so all can enjoy the future content without being gatekept. Luckily, Echidna and Behemoth don’t require transcendence from level 7 for clears, but what about the next one?
I've mentioned this before in other videos as well, I agree. Its fine if you progress slower on normal mode vs hard, but its weird to have progression locked behind hard.
I am quite sure it's there monetization design , you can't expect them to solve a problem they created in the first place solely to make profit of , the lock is to make people fomo and swipe over it , this problem was made on purpose to design a solution around it [ money = instant solution ]

My main concern is that this design approach is detrimental to the game's present and future if they continue using that type of approach for the next vertical system. It's not just about monetizing FOMO; it's about gatekeeping players who never wanted to do hard mode from fully participating in the vertical systems.
I can't believe Revyll hit 1620 already. I've burnt all my event mats and constantly out of gold and barely hit 1615. I didn't even feel like I was getting unlucky as I've only pitied one piece to 18. Probably gonna pity my first piece to 19 too but...oh well. I wonder if that's just how strong the former jump-start server was with mats. Grats dude, got me feeling a bit envious. I'm probably not hitting 1620 for another month or two at this rate.
@@revyll I definitely wish I wasn't in that fuzzy gray area as a returning player where I had an existing roster with a fair amount of horizontal done, and a fair share of old event mats and honor shards to consider doing jump-start when it came out. But there was no way I would've survived doing all that horizontal again. Pretty surreal to watch all the progression only to have you surpass where I am on my main recently. It's awesome to think someone can come into the game and get to the end and experience so much along the way. BUUUUUT I can't lie: being on the verge of being where I want to be in-game and being so close yet so far away with both LoS and needing 1 hone on each armor piece for 1620. Just a wee bit jealous. Just a little.
Ff14 is easy to pug for nomal raid and keep enjoying story and other contents such as skin, mount collecting, role play. And 14 also has hardcore contents as well
For solo raids i think they are just going to give you the sidereals available for set raid as npcs that you fight with and at any point you can activate their ult as the sidereal skill and that's that
In my personal opinion as 3k hours players who quit. I think if there is a wipe mechanic there ALWAYS should be a way to prevent that besides not dying.
I feel like solo raids have just as much potential to kill the game. I think a lot of the "I'm really good at the game I swear, my raid group is holding me back" players are in for a rude awakening when they struggle on the solo raids and have no party to blame.
Nah that's not what will kill the game. What will kill it is if it gives gold and it fragments the playerbase too much. If there is a easier more chill way of earning gold the playerbase will choose it. Leading to less pug parties in a already dying game.
For Solo content it suppose to be kind of opposite of what u said mats and gold wise. Solo raids should have all the current group raids rewards but group raids should have a little more it show people that group content are still better and made them more desirable.
I think all the vertical should be roster bound. Gems: Roster bound like cards and swapped for free with presets. Elixer: Roster bound, you save your elixer..any of your alts can use it when obtaining that ilvl etc etc. Just like when you get los30, you're done for all your alts. Quality? Sure same thing. Honing costs enough to be able to make all the verticals Roster bound.
Theamine, especially gate 3 is terrible for the game. Beyond locking to hard mode the transcendence system tied to it is the problem. Literally half a year plus if you want to do g1-g2 normal and pay for a bus for g3 hard one clear. What kind of dumbass design is that with the next raid coming in 1 month…. Saying it is a fine design is terrible and their rose colored glasses are because they are streamers, swipers and play the game as a job. That kind of “it is a good raid” is why the game is dieing.
There is only one take about the solo raids, If the reward is not equal to the group raids, they just as well put the game on fire. Also, if they impliment the mechanics correctly, you still gonna learn patterns and mechanics. You still need to farm your KLC cards don't forget. So even if the solo content is a 2hrs ordeal to run it with all your gold earners, LET IT BE, BECAUSE WE NEED GOLD FOR 3 NEW SYSTEMS. for the LOVE OF GOD.
idk while i feel like solo raids would be really good and fun, wouldnt it require a support rework first? The support shortage is going to get even worse with less teamraids going on to get them geared. half my roster is supports and believe me, doing anything alone on supports takes ages and feels miserable
I still have not beat g3 thaemine never found a group to do it with so I just pug every week n get a little further each week but it feels really bad letting all ur characters leave gold n mats on the table so my main can prog
It's crazy how no one talks about kakul. This raid was the worst everything this boss does is BS all mechs a anoying, and G3 is still a jail because people cant do mario or dodge saws, it's crazy the amount of time i've been stuck there, still happens today
I think solo raids will not be like this, but i really wish that we could go into them with friends. Would be awesome if the game is like, you wanna do akkan with 3 people, sure go in have fun or just solo it if your shedules dont allign this week.
when they said that solo content would go up to voldis they talked about korea, cause they also said the last 3 endgame raids would always be group content. so for us akkan voldis and thaemine would be still group for now. after echidna akkan would be soloable
I think they should just give gold for solo raids so people can choose to just solo on their alt if they want. This would kill pugging but it'll be less stressful.
by the time they do solo raids we will have behemoth. behemoth, echidna and thaemine are the three group raids, others are soloable, its that simple bro
You want to make an easier experience for new players and vets making alts . Make it so the paid passes give temporary engraving support and limited time gems . elgacia pass gives relic gear and a 5x3 and level 5 gems, voldis pass lets you get a 5x3+1 and lvl 7 gems have it last 3 months then the gems crack and you cant use them. It gives players time to build their characters , that helps both new players and veterans.
Solo content would make it much better for us vets and for new blood, and I dont think we should worry about it if they learn mechs from it regarding the team work thing worst case scenario, would make them watch guide just to see how group works I mean they still need it if they wanna do hard content
Solo raids for new players only to gear up, learn mechanics and playing their class. Give out lvl9’s, Los30 and whatever else you get till you reach Voldis.
1:14:58 lol maybe im just awful but I started maybe 2 months ago and just finished my first voldis 1-3 yesterday, only have 1 character though so maybe Mr cautty is assuming they play more than 1 char because I'm not even close to be able to do thaemine.
I think solo raids should have better gold rewards. Not the same as a party for 53% less is too much. For example, I find quite hard parties with alts cause are not +10 gems, etc but I can do the runs with no issues, but the community is just toxic and keeps gatekeeping just because u don't have the highest DPS so they finish the instance in like 3 hits. From here I have to do solo raids, but the progress is slow because of the gold rewards and I can't hone my gear, if I don't put my wallet on!
I just don't know if solo raids will give enough to us because they'll have to make the gold lowered because of bots and how easily they probably are. They just need to start nerfing gold sinks as well when the solo raids come. Personally I just want materials for equipment and HOPEFULLY card drops from solos and I'd be happy enough. But for people who rely on solo for gold too, well...they need to address the gold sinks as I've said. Otherwise the new/returnees will take forever to get things.
Every raid should have a solo mode, even new ones, no exceptions. Stop forcing people into group play, let them enjoy the game how they want to. Yeah, you can give a little less materials for them but stop timegating new players that enjoy solo play. I played since launch, with some breaks here and there, but I don't have a problem with letting players enjoy ALL the raids in solo mode. Let's be honest, most people only form groups in this game because they have to, otherwise they can't progress. Look, nobody cares how you play - solo or group, what is important that you keep on playing which keeps the game alive and makes it grow.
You guys missing something about solo raids alot of solo raid enjoyers dont want to play with the others so they are not coming to thaemine no matter what untill solo version of it. If you think we dont have players like that its because you r in raids all the time I have alot of people in my friend list with half relic legendry gear and high roster with mokoko icon because they stop doing legion raids at some point and they are not honing . Solo raids makes more people to play the game atleast to voldis . Try off meta builds and alot of other things
36:42 Its kinda contrading casue the game doesn't let casual play reach multiple 1610/1620 +40/35 set easily so yes it gets easier if we have more char n static to do it but we are block because the resources to reach it takes an insane amount of time and gold which the game does not provided also cause of the imbalance gold economy due to accelerated content
This man swiping 200 dollars a month just to get 6 1610's, sell all those level 9's and deck out a character in full level 10's already, geesh pick a main already. Your alts don't need 9's to farm you gold homie, and spending your Twitch money so the government doesn't get it has gotta be some form of tax evasion 😂, pretty sure you still have to claim that as income.

if the solo raid give less gold nothing will be fixed gold is the biggest problem, it has to give more even or honing has to be nerfed to the ground and cost basically no gold per tap xd

U can buff gold in group stuff tho atleast would make it less hurting. Also considering supp cant solo not much will change on the static runners or lobby sim .
when Cauttyh said "oraganizing 8 ppls schedules is so cancer and exhausting, I had to take a break from the game" I fucking felt that so much.. For me this has been so fucking true and it dragged out all of the fun for me for thaemine.. as of now I had to step away from any static activity cause I was so close to losing my mine over all the little issues and problems, made it feel like a second job besides my job .. fuck that lol gimme solo raids
Thaemine is a new raid, of course its good for the game. Is it good that G3 NORMAL is this hard? Hell no. You get 2 debuff and 1 random attack from the boss and you are dead. Its a horrible experience to reclear it weekly especially with pug. Its a constant jail and a total coinflip. The clash position is another thing. In Echidna there is a BIG BLUE CIRCLE as an indicator where you start clash. Here? Find the invisible spot. Good design. Thaemine is a good raid when you progress it for the first time and a horrible design (only G3) for reclear. They have to rethink the normal difficulty in this game because somehow they put 5 different wipe mech in every fucking gate in new raids even on normal difficulty. 1 player missclick -> instant death or wipe. This is a bad raid design.
I just rolled a demi-god bracelet for my Surge. Dex 3500 - Crit 92 - Ambush 3% - Spec 102 - Precise 4%. Unlucky with my 8/7 stone :/ but the question is. with 40 master elixir can I do adrenaline 1 with 5x3+1 ? tried trixion I have like 56.90% Crit rate.
@@clementguitard6653 E pred is good if it's x30 stacks. but it's early game which these days they just run down the boss without having full stacks of it, the damage is just too delayed.
i think the most glaring issue is making you do 18 raids a week. without this 18 raids a week, you cannot progress much with that little gold. this has to go.
