During the kill, you're only running for 21 out of 44 ticks per cycle, or 47.7% of the time. This is more efficient than any other Fbow Solo Saradomin GWD method I've seen so far.
For people that use instances (ironmen) it's possible to leave + re-enter the room to instantly respawn the boss, skipping the 90 seconds respawn time. This can only be done if you have over 40 killcount (or fewer if you completed some Combat Achievements tiers) and allows for 1-1.5 extra kills per hour. Assuming you have Ecumenical keys banked, you should get up to 26 kills/hr.

Red: Tiles you shoot at while being in the cycle.
Yellow: Tiles you need to move over, but not shoot at.
Blue: Starting tile, do 2 shots from here on spawn.
Green: Tiles you shoot at at the start of a fresh instance.
Black: Commander Zilyana spawn location.
If you want to be slightly more energy-efficient, the 2 green tilemarkers can be moved 1 tile more south. This barely matters because they are only used at the start of a fresh instance.
