I decided to set up camp in the wetlands during a rainstorm that lasted for 2 days. What could possibly go wrong?
At the end of the day I was soaking wet; water got through both my rain jacket and pants. I had to lower the tarp in the middle of the night because rain was blowing onto my face. The next day I had to wade through 10 cm of water to get back on the hiking trail. Anyway, I'm just happy I didn't wake up in the middle of the night to water rising into my camp, as I was camping close to the water edge. I actually wanted to shoot a longer video but water got inside my camera lens and everything started to fog up, so I had to cut it short.
Also, at some point you can see me sitting on a sleeping bag. That's not my sleeping bag. I found it while scavenging for wood. Someone forgot it... RIP.
