You can, the Issi just gives you the most profit of any vehicle in the game. I should also add, even with using the Issi, you'll only make like 300k profit. It costs 1.1 mil to upgrade to weaponized Dominator, and the Iss sells for 1.4 mil at most if you have every expensive upgrade. In the end, it's not a profitable duplication glitch as this requires you to already have at least 16.5 mil just to dupe 15 Issis. A profit of only 5 mil for about 3 mind numbing hours of duping. So, if you're broke already, this glitch is NOT for you. This is for those that have millions already and are looking to restock their duped collection.
