Little overnight wild camp in the Borrowdale Fells in search of the hidden Banksy sculpture & visiting Bessyboot, Rosthwaite Cam & Combe Head/Combe Door area.
Stunning, unspoiled beauty.
Weather conditions were not great for the drone & filming but I did my best, so much I didn’t manage to capture, but that’s how it goes sometimes.
The main objective of solitude was achieved so all good 😊
Thank you so much for watching & supporting this tiny channel, every like & sub helps me get this footage out to people that are not only able but also to those who are not physically able to experience these places.
I hope I bring you guys some joy.
Take care & ATB
Dave

The best vid I’ve watched in a long time this. I can actually relate to the time and effort that’s gone into making it! I will definitely be nicking that spot for sure, what a pitch. The drone footage was perfecto. Hope your well fella, Dave 👌👍

Hello Dave. What a place. The waterfalls looked amazing. What a place to stop for some food 2.34👍 Drone shots are always beautiful. The lake looked beautiful. You have a good eye for filming. 7.10 tent food break👌👏👏 In 2 weeks I'm up the lakes in 2 weeks for 3 nights. Scafell, Helvellyn and something esle. I'll probably be asking your advice soon. Hoping to do a few warerfalls too. Cheers mate👋

@@JamieHarding5 thanks mate for your support 👍 Scafell or Scafell Pike? I think, Scafell is my favourite wainwright 😊 Ill Crag is my favourite mountain & is behind Scafell Pike. Scafell is Totally different to Scafell pike. Everyone flocks to SP cos it’s the highest. I am in the lakes tomorrow for 4 days on a lads hol/break. Won’t be filming, just enjoying the banter. I will be back up in lakes in October at some point filming. It will be emotional tbh, as I will be summiting my 214th & final wainwright. Climbed the others all many times, but this one completes the milestone. Take care pal ATB Dave

@davebirds5667 Sounds awesome 👌 Scafell Pike. Hoping to squeeze in as much as possible. I'm off up mountain now. Taking an American woman to a crash plane. Not filming. Message you on your lastest vid tonight. Cheers Dave👍

Borrowdale is my favourite place in the Lake District, it’s a place of fairytale like beauty and magic! This was a fantastic walk, awesome drone footage. Have always wanted to walk Glaramara in this area, have you done this one? Cheers , Adam

@@adamradford2285 hi Adam Yes, been up glaramara twice, both times from Rosthwaite but different routes. Beautiful mountain with superb 360 views. On this walk I wanted to walk across to there from Bessyboot, as I know a lot say the path is unclear & sketchy. IMO now I have done it it’s a relatively easy walk, though the path is intermittent. I didn’t climb up glaramara this time but it’s not far from Combe Head, which is basically at the foot of a short climb to glaramara summit. Thank you for watching 👍 Take care ATB Dave
