Here’s the problem with your narrative. There has not been a single person that has said WWE has never done anything wrong. But whether somebody did something wrong a couple years ago or 20 years ago or 30 years ago or 40 years ago does not necessarily mean that this situation is completely true without any problems. I can point out a bunch of holes in this ladies words. First off Bianka Belair has been saying that phrase ever since she was in developmental so I highly doubt that all of a sudden in 2021 she has an issue with it. Also, there is no way that they were going to have one of the wrestlers say that they were behind 911. None of this ever happened. For example, the Bianka Belair situation I guarantee never happened because Bianka has been saying the exact phrase ever since she was in developmental. So the idea that she’s stuck with WWE for all of these years and you’ve never heard a single issue between her and the company tells me that this is a lie. You can go back and watch her developmental stuff and you will see that she was saying these exact same things then when she had a hell of a lot more freedom than she does now and you will see for yourself.

Hearing this always brings me back to that booker t and triple h feud and how triple h went over. The story itself was in poor taste, but to have booker t lose, to me, really put a horrible message out there for black wrestling fans like myself, saying that basically racism prevails in the end....even in scripted sports entertainment. Horrible storyline and hearing this just confirms yet again, that wwe, although it is scripted entertainment, feels that we feel less than in the eyes of the wrestling universe.

Watch the show when Bianka was on there and look at all of the times since she has been on the main roster where she has said the same things. A few examples here and there, but if you look at some of the skits that made it on the air-Vince using the “n” word, Cryme Time playing two hood guys, that awful skit between Sheldon Benjamin, Trish Stratus and Vince, etc, the Mexicools coming out in a lawnmower, etc.-and there’s a clear correlation that the people up top have no idea how to write to the more diverse members of their audience. You just aren’t going to get that viewpoint when you have a bunch of old white Boomers writing for a younger and more diverse demographic.
