Yep. The woman who ran the orphanage that Flair probably lived in was named Georgia Tann. She had quite a history of kidnapping children and selling them. There's a story that one woman,as a young child was playing at the park and Georgia pulled up in her Packard and offered her a ride around and wound up taking her back to the orphanage. She sold quite a few kids. What happend is the potential parents would go in,Georgia would show them children she had available and then they'd pay her and take their new kid home with them. The good news in all this,while it's horrible,is at least Georgia did a better job with the records then some other baby brokers have. I mean there are kids out there who were brokered and don't even have birth certificates and have issues with the most basic things like getting financial aide for college or a job.

Alcoholism is a terrible thing. Flair will either die in the ring or drink himself to death. And if you ask him, he wouldn't want to go out any other way. You'd think someone who lost his child to addiction would know better but Flair has been drinking since he was a teenager. Booze to him is what tearing up scripts was to Vince McMahon. That's all they know.

Ric Flair's life and career has to be one of the most interesting but yet eye rolling things I've heard.All the documentary proves Like all the other Ric Flair documentaries is that the man is a very flawed man and continues to be a flawed man a man that clearly hasn't gotten over A lot of things and he will ride and die his way because his way is the only way he knows and cares to know.Rick lives his life vicariously through the people who worship him because of what he's done in the business he is the classic example of his career is more celebrated than the man's life and people give him a pass on a lot of things because of it.
@MikeFromBensonhurst
@MikeFromBensonhurst Год назад
I don’t think Flair is “full of shit” about him discussing the plane ride from hell on the documentary. WWE/Peacock probably just cut it out because it was gonna open up a can of worms again , Flair probably didn’t want to say anything negative about the doc after promoting it so much so didn’t mention they cut it it out when asked if anything was left out.

Ric Flair seems like a truly miserable human being. He has no interest in meeting his half-brother and keeps drinking despite being at death's door multiple times and is unable or unwilling to have a real meaningful relationship with anyone.
@XombieLejon66
@XombieLejon66 Год назад
The last two parts I agree on. But I would disagree on the "not wanting to meet his half-brother " part. I mean, what would even be the point? We all got distant relatives we've never met and have zero impact on our lives. I got a half-sister half way across the world I have no interest in meeting.
@ShiksaWithChutzpah1
@ShiksaWithChutzpah1 Год назад
@@XombieLejon66 That seems very cold if the person is the one who reaches out and says "I'd like to meet you and talk with you" and the other person says "Nah, not interested in knowing you." But given Flair's coldness and lack of care for anyone, even himself at this point, I think his brother is better off not knowing this man.
