This song means an awful lot to me. It was a shining beacon in the midst of the corona pandemic in 2020 where I basically self-isolated together with my elderly mom. For her it meant hardly any family members that came to visit, for me it meant 0 live gigs (which have been such an integral part of my life up to that point). Then came 2021 and it all looked so promising but sadly my mother's health slowly deteriorated over the summer (not covid related) and she passed away in September. And again it is this song that has helped me enormously .. and now finally this live recording ... I had hoped that my first time hearing a live performance would have actually been when I was in the crowd (and I would have happilly travelled to the UK for that) but alas that isn't to be for now ... And so here I am sitting in my living room, blasting this performance through my speakers and watching you perform it .... and tears are rolling down my face. Thank you so much for this and the upcoming free live album.
