The MoU b/w Somaliland and Ethiopia is not aggression , but it is mutual understanding based on of interests for two regions. since establishing Somaliland in 1991 , Somaliland have signed agreements with UAE , EU and Ethiopia for this time , Ethiopia granted for Somaliland to get full recognition as a sovereign state in return of pact of sea access and maritime base in Gulf of Aden . Hassan Sheikh was annoyed when President Musa Bihi signed with MoU with Ethiopia for deterrence of Somalia not to get it done , because hassan wants to do it and collected it his incentive from Ethiopia.

Even though Somalia has announced the agreement between the Turkish government and themselves for propaganda purposes, the Turkish government has clearly stated that the agreement between Somalia and Turkey will not affect the agreement between Somaliland and Ethiopia. There is no attempt to mislead the Somali people, and even if it were true, there is no force that will deter the collaboration between Somaliland and Ethiopia.
