So the thing about Market Island (The Sweden/Finland island 'dispute') is that, Finland built the lighthouse on the island where they did, not realizing it had crossed the border to do so. When they realized they had done so, they traded an equal amount of land on the island with the Swedish to keep their lighthouse and a small connection path to it from their half of the island (hence the weird 'mirroring' of the border on the island)

Here in the UAE and most of the Middle East, the amount of people to drink tap water is very low, almost every house uses bottled water and bottled water companies make billions. Drinking bottle water also depends on how many and what quality has sources of water, for example central europe has most healthy water springs so like Slovakia, Poland and Czechia have drinkable tap water, but Mediterranean countries like Spain or Italy depends on bottle water because their water is fulll of salt (even if they purify water from it) so their tap water is mostly for washing and cleaning... (sorry for the grammar, i am not native speaker)

I mostly drink bottle of water because I thought it be better and just had been in a house that didn't had good sinks. Also that California vs Japan was more like California was dissolving in the water and it turned into Japan island.

As a Romanian, I can confirm. Plus the overall state of Romania is just way too depressing and the government only keeps getting worse. The country is slowly but surely killing itself

As a finn, I trust the tap water where I live. On the other hand, my families farmhouse's tap... not so much. My mom told me theres been e coli detected in that water, so we buy bottled water there. I'm sure you could probably drink quite a bit of it before getting e coli, but rather drink bottled than risk it.
