Yeah have fun with this shit guys. I’m gone and I’ve had enough. This year is my breaking point with this asinine company. Compensation came, but I can’t claim the rewards because of a bug. Compensation now works, but it wasn’t sent out to all players. I beat the grandmaster, to only be given even harder special quests. Completing a chore to unlock more chores…… The AI will never be fixed and it’s all done intentionally. Also, Champions like bullseye Shouldn’t be able to one shot the damn Hulk! Yeah nice power scaling kabam. The crystal cleansing event is just laughably pathetic. A million points for profile pics, 5 star shards and other minimal rewards? Hell no, I’m out of here! I need to know how to deactivate my account. If anyone knows how to do it, then I’d like to know the steps.

I’ve been waiting for compensation b4 moving to a different alliance. I’m not confident that I will get it if I move b4 it comes out. This whole situation has me contemplating simply retiring from the game.

If you move alliance before compo is finally given out properly you probably won’t receive the compo that’s just typical Kabam bs so unfortunately you just have to wait it out before moving

I opened a case w Kabam, and the guy confirmed I qualified. But both occasions I’ve not even been sent anything, much less been able to claim it. This whole thing is a joke!

Our alliance were affected, and then when we ran Raids the following week it would count down and then when the timer reached zero it would reset to 24 hour countdown again. We didn't get compensation and we got customer service saying we weren't eligible because the following weeks Raid didn't properly trigger, so we didn't deserve the compensation. If anything we deserve more compensation for having a second Raid week ruined. I'm in Chris LeFleur's alliance

I got the comp even though i didn’t participate in raids. I can claim it too. However the comp I got was some gold and quite a bit of t5 basic fragments. Don’t think that is adequate comp for players that actually participated in raids

Know nothing about coding or game development but surely it couldn’t be hard to literally just send an in game mail with the duplicate rewards they said they would give. They know the exact rewards so shouldn’t be that hard. I did find some rewards today in my overflow but no message and only half of what I should have gotten

Compensation for bug goes out, compensation for the bug HAD a bug, new compensation for the compensation bugged goes out, some get it, some dont...Good job Kabam! LMFAO I wonder wtf is goin on there? This definetly not looking good. I didint got the compesnation btw...and idgaf, honestly, the can go eff themselves. There’s no confusion, the raid compensation containing chests were for people who couldn’t enlist in raids the second time round when they had already supposedly fixed it. People who could play raids will only get a compensation package reflecting their last aq rewards.

Getting extra haha good. Kabams bugs not players plus don’t see any moaning about the iceman reunion crystals that some got early then got them again when correctly live. Complaining kabam cannot they mess up always . Only thing consistent in game is kabam bugs

Rich I only have one question. Will every account on the game be getting compensation or is there some special criteria to qualify? If so, with my luck I'm better off forgetting about it altogether.

The compensation were supposed to be getting isn't even compensation. It's what we would have earned in the game that wk they f***Ed up so the only thing would be the 90 raid tickets which at this stage doesn't come close., another 180 tickets on top of that plus a titan or 7* class nexus and some t4a shards and t6c crystals top of that might be somewhere near acceptable then obviously scaled down for progression and rank based. Considering the money they just made in sales and will make in the upcoming ones I don't thin it's much to ask.

People that think MCoC's days *aren't* numbered, are not only delusional, they grew up in this Live Service age, so they think this shit is normal for games. This bug is definitely Kabam's worst one yet. More so than that bundle bug a few years back that gave WAY more 6 Star shards than it was supposed to & Kabam let us keep them. There is no excuse why Kabam screws up at COMPENSATIONS now. Even EA hasn't done that. I haven't gotten the compensation yet, btw.

The glory store is now under the alliance tab in the store. Just go to the store find the alliance button and three tabs will open under it for glory store, loyalty store and something else I can’t remember.
