Said it before, going to say it again, this is an awesome channel and by sounds of it is only going to get better. The trucks, the noise, the shifting, the people and unscripted, need to be here if you like your trucks 🤘
I can't explain the joy reading that comment brought me. Thank you so much! I greatly appreciate you watching and I will continue to try and bring you the best truckin content!
That's what I learned on the old 5 and 6 speed Macks, except they were a little newer 90's trucks. Can't beat a old Mack! Love the channel, keep it up bud.
Brother i get a big smile on my face when your videos pop up my wife knows when iam watching a video there must be Macks on them Thanks for your videos
I love your channel I hope the RU-vid algorithm kicks in and you grow this channel to millions of subscribers. You can’t beat an old Mack for reliability they were the trucks that built America and after they were done here they built many other countries. Keep safe and keep the videos coming.
I really appreciate that! I hope that could happen! I couldn't agree with you more on an old Mack! I will do my best to keep the videos coming, I'm glad you enjoy them and I thank you for watching!
Nice Mack, B model, nothing like old trucks. My dad drove brand new 1977 R685 I believe, it's so long ago. It was in the R600 family. I learned to drive stick on old Mack five speed and later on thirteen speed. It sure was good times back then. Back in 1960's-70 he was driving a Brockway model 358 single axle with flatbed when I was a kid, showing my age here. Thanks to you we can see old trucks.
Your Dad drove it with joy. There was a sick little grin on his face every now and then. Did you catch what he said about "" butter ""? It was shifting like butter. Yeah, it needs a little bit of TLC. But, that's a good old dog! Glad you made a few videos in the last couple weeks. I always enjoy hanging out with you guys. I'm 62. I like how you are all laughing and messing around, but know what you are doing. Because you learned from the older guys. Especially your father and his friends. It's a good thing. Be well and maybe not skate for a while. God bless and safe travels. Lol!
He absolutely did! And I did catch it I was laughing hahah definitely needs a little TLC I'm glad you enjoy we appreciate you hanging! I definitely learned from the older guys luckily. He might have to stay off the skates hahaha

Good day gentlemen ,i am Bob Daumer . I am the driver that delivers cement to Lucisano s block plant. I meet yuor dad while they were working on that R model in there back yard. very glad to see the truck up and running. good luck with it and we will see you in 2024 shows.
Such a great channel, down here in my neck of the woods everyone watches you apparently because some time ago I saw that the blue LTL and the red and black L9 were for auction from the channel and the next day at work everyone was talking about it and wondering what happened lol keep it up kinda makes me wanna do a walk around vid of my newly acquired 97k mile '90 RD688S
Where are you from man? Reading that comment really felt surreal. To think of me and my buddies talking about people we all watch, and then relate it to me being the one watched just blows my mind hahaha. But yea man I'm going to get a bit more into that in the next video I think. The viewers deserve to know and it's nothing I'm afraid to talk about. Just a change of directions for myself. And I would love to see the truck man! You should post a video
those are some dope old macks there joe. some of my favorites. thats sweet that theyre comin to the channel. cant wait to see them on the road. stay safe and keep truckn
i started driving in 1972 learning in a cad cabover transtar i had a lot of fun learning to drive every different truck i had a chancei had 50 yrs i retired i dont hike the new trucks love your vids
Joe, I have driven an R model, but only for about 100 feet to work on it.😂 I did work for the company that owned it a few years later, but it was near the end of its life.😢
Thank you! Yea we know where almost all of the old ones are around us haha and thank you! We stopped there on our way home from Reno and sadly couldn't make the purchase of an old cabover Pete happen
What’s in that R model sounds like a EM6 285 I drive my buddies 1988 R model tandem dump it has that EM6 285 it’s a great engine it started life with a old Allison auto box then he put a mud stick 6spd and about 3 years ago he put a Maxitorque 12 spd it’s like night and day difference now that Truck runs like a scared cat
someday you and your Dad will have to explain the love affair with Macks..assume your Dad stated it all..and you will carry it on..great job with the gimbel...gotta learn sometime..
I am coming up on a big explanation video! I'm so excited for it honestly!! Thank you I appreciate you watching. And I'm definitely learning with it haha
