Alright so as someone else pointed out, it looks like the Willsence is now being sold by Aukey Home. I don't know if it's the same exact kettle, though it looks identical. But either way I am currently testing out 4 other kettles, so please look forward to that.

That's awesome! Congrats on the little one! It's funny you bring up the Willsense kettle video. Because of that video I got the same kettle maybe 6 months ago and used it for all my coffee adventures (V60, Clever, Cafelat Robot). Then 2 weeks ago, I got a Stagg EKG for really cheap on an auction site. I've been using the Stagg exclusively for the past two weeks to compare, and have some thoughts on it vs the Willsense. Pros for Stagg - Fit and finish (of course), ability to hold at 212 F (Willsense only holds at or below 205, which is not ideal for the Robot or Clever that uses boiling water), flow rate ideal for smaller V60 pourover (more control at low flow, can't really pour too fast for most V60) Pros for Willsense - Pours much faster (Stagg flow rate can be too slow for bigger, faster application like 500mL Hoffmann V60 and becomes turbulent and harder to control. And times I want to dump water in the Robot or Clever means I sometimes have water spilling from the cover. The Stagg might be a single-tasker for pourovers), much less expensive Push - time to heat water is not noticeably different, workflow is about the same, both look nice enough (with the edge for the Stagg) I'll be curious on your thoughts when you revisit kettle comparisons. But for my application, I'll probably go back to the Willsense for my daily driver, and keep the Stagg as a backup or as my nice kettle when company is over :) Keep up the great content!

The Willsence is a really strong choice still to this day IMO. I am in the process if testing out 4 more alternative kettles now that the Willsence is not found on Amazon anymore, so look forward to that. At the current point of testing, I would say Willsence is still one of the best "budget" electric kettles for pour-overs that I have used. Although my experience will differ a little when it comes to the pour speed of the EKG. Though the flow definitely limits it to pretty much only coffee, however I find the restriction to be very helpful when it comes to even extraction and helping with over-pouring. Currently while forcing myself to use all the testers on a daily basis, I itch for the EKG every time lol.
