Whether you are Catholic or not, you have to acknowledge that Father Meeks is a powerful, inspired, and articulate speaker. His parish is fortunate to have him.
@@enjoyfullife-naturalminimu6534 Ah, but you, and you alone, have all the answers, you alone know THE truth, right? And so now you are on a crusade, a quest, to convert the world to...THE truth. Sounds like a God-complex to me.
This man is unbelievable - every time I listen to him I am in awe of his grasp of the truth. We are in the midst of a time when we need many such shepherds. God bless him.
As a non-Catholic I see the truth and love Fr. Meeks is sharing. 24.6 K subscribers? Where are the good Christians out there, where are the Catholic brethren out there?
An anointed teaching from Fr. Meeks. His homilies are encouraging, thought provoking, and I, for one, sense that they are given with great love for all who hear. I believe that Fr. Meeks wants all men/women to come to the truth and righteousness that is in Christ Jesus. May God’s favor and grace continue to abide on the leaders and congregation of Christ the King
It is interesting to hear of John stirring in Elizabeth’s womb when he is in the presence of the Mary on her visit . And then his reaction to Jesus coming to him for baptism. John the Baptist knew all along who Jesus was and would come to be🙏🏻🕊🕊🕊🙏🏻I never thought of Jesus entering the Water filled with the peoples sins. He took on the sins of the sinners as he did at the Crucifixion. 🕊🕊✝️🕊🕊
Im crying my eyes out as I always seem to do as with the sorrowful mysteries...that was a beautiful and inspiring homily I had no idea of the history of that place and that the sinless Jesus was already taking on our sins and preparing His new covenant on the cross when He took our sins..oh how heavy that must of been... I'm still crying Thank you Ft. Meeks we need more priests like you! I did not get that message at church today in Massachusetts...I got just the importance of my baptism...when there obviously so much more to the whole scene!
Always live Fr. Meeks’ homilies! My granddaughter had a small amount of the water from the Jordan River in the baptismal water at her baptism. Greetings from Delaware.
Dude!!! You are the best!! God bless you Father Meeks!! LOVE from the Northeast Kingdom of Vermont!! I wish I could be half as good and then I might be a priest. But I am not even close!
Traditionally, it does end with Candlemas and the Presentation of Jesus; in the new calendar, unfortunately, it ends with the Feast of the Baptism of Our Lord.
