I saw an episode of cops lady called cuz her neighbor stole her weed cops came out made the neighbor give the weed back. I never thought I'd live to see the day.
AKKKKSHUALLYTo be fair tanto and the lone ranger were not buddy cops, one was a texas ranger and tanto was his friend. And scruff mcgruff never had a partner. Also rob schediers character in judge dredd was a hacker not a cop.
All the crimes he committed? 1. Growing and distributing weed 2. Doing illegal drugs (coke and weed). 3. Pimping 4. Illegal gun possession 5. Public drunkenness 6. Driving drunk 7. Leaving the scene of an accident 8. Arson 9. Bootlegging DVD 10. Drugging someone. 11. Stealing 12. Holding a hostage 13. Murder 14. Being criminally stupid
dfunkt They could not charge him with anything without proof, which is basically something they can't obtain because the events had already finished and all proof is gone (or snorted and such... Unless the girl was still there). The judge could, and probably would, consider he could be making it all up for some reason if the prosecution did not present evidence of the crimes in court (or the police hadn't found it and decided not to prosecute them) the man would not be sent to jail. You have a point though, confessing a crime does make you prosecutable, but that has to be completed with proof in a court of law (no judge would send you to jail based on no proof), at least that's what happens where I live (Catalonia, currently Spain). I might not know how it works in america because I don't live there and haven't really studied your criminal law, but that's how it is pretty much anywhere. I genuinely would like a response if I were wrong, have a nice day!
jurado1010 I don't know much about law but based on the things he said there is enough probable cause to at least get a warrant or something and search his home for evidence.
dfunkt Having confessed to a murder is not the same as confessing to non-provable events. If there is a dead body, and the death was deemed a murder, they are looking for a murderer. There's a body. There's a weapon. There's a man with a confession admitting he did it. Case closed. How can you prove he actually drove drunk or used drugs? Because "He said this" when we showed up? That's called heresay, unless he was read his rights. By your logic a cop could arrest you tomorrow as soon as you step out of your house, tell everyone you confessed to something, and you'd go to jail. That's not the way it works.
Scott Donahue "By your logic a cop could arrest you tomorrow as soon as you step out of your house, tell everyone you confessed to something, and you'd go to jail. That's not the way it works." you do realize that, it has happened like that before right? its the right thing, but its not a impossible scenario in anyway(like i said, it has happened, and sadly more than once)
Arturo Gonzalez truest thing I’ve heard all day. They weren’t all about guests host and politics. They just were funny and groundbreaking. Once mad tv went away I never watched snl. Don’t even know anyone who’s on that show now
Mad TV seemed to be made for kids while SNL was on at midnight with political humor that went over kids heads - now over most people’s heads because no one learns civics.
I saw an episode of cops where a lady called the cops 'cause she got ripped off on some crack. lol Anybody else see that one? She wanted her money back!
All crimes have victims. He mentioned a couple crimes, but all the rest were just rightful actions that many view as vices. Murder & holding people against their will were two crimes I recall him saying, and those aren't okay. But having and doing drugs is his own damn business and those are NOT crimes, no matter what some criminal politician has to say about it.
Turner and Hooch, Crockett and Tubbs, Jake and the Fat Man, Kagney and Lacey, Starsky and Hutch, Ponch and John, Lone Ranger and Tonto, McGruff and Scooby-Don't (not a real partnership), Judge Dread "Rob Schneider's Character"
Samuel Luria did u really have to specify that scoobs and Gruffs never formed a formal alliance...? Cis I was hoping to find such a missing feature film...
when he said : '' cuz please '' and '' I'm the stupidest man in the world '' I shattered into pieces, I was already crying of laughs in the beginning, but at the end they got me on my knees for real, lol.
This actually happened in India. A man made lot of money selling weed, he later went to the bank to deposit his money and also to pay tax for his income. The bank officials called the police and got him arrested.
I used to be a medic, and the amount of times I’ve met people exactly like Mr “I wuz robbeded” is insane! They had the same hairstyle too, and came in all sorts of ethnic backgrounds. 😂😂
+US Patriots Unite! No weapons aren’t illegal, but unregistered guns bought off the street most likely with no serial number even, owned for the purpose of protecting a drugs stash by a drug dealer aren’t in any way particularly legal. This isn’t your grandads 22. Squirrel rifle with the permits, guy most likely even had some fucked up ammo and too short a barrel on that sawn off shotty, and the AK was probably some full auto bullshit. I don’t think none of it was legal guessing by the way he had them strewn out everywhere in an home that’s most likely in a densely populated area.
You know this is actually a case back in 2011. Like I'm not even kidding, somebody had their weed stolen and because they took all the weed they reported it so in the police came up they took the witness report from the guy who had his shit stolen did not arrest him, but then found and arrested the other guy because he had weed on him
I can't believe dude confessed to driving under the influence, several drug related charges, misdemeanor theft, rape, implicated himself in a murder, and didn't realize it until they were escorting him out the door.
The Blue Rose ~ perhaps a ‘Twin Peeks’ reference 🤔? It was the 90’s version of the ‘Twilight Zone’.... WAIT..!! WHICH PEELE NOW HOSTS!!! WHOA!! THAT $H!* JUST HAPPENED!!! 🤯 Oh... *and* ... weed is (basically) *legal* now... whaaaaa.... 😳 ...🌀*YOU* are now entering the RU-vid Zone 🌀
I live in Oregon, a medically and recreational legal state. I can remember a couple years ago there was an article about some teens that stole this dudes pot out of his car in a parking lot. So the dude called the cops and they got his stolen property back and since it's legal and he's of legal age, gave it back to him. Was a crazy article to see lemme tell you. Especially when a few years ago we'd joke about calling the cops over stolen weed.
@@utsukmusic confessions are hearsay. Most people don't know that some hearsay is actually good evidence, which is why a lot of it is allowed in court.
