Sam will die instantly due to 50% vulnerability once he open that weakness bar. BH Doesn't have a penalty on using this setup because his dmg doesn't come from offensive stats beside BE. So you can swap supports LC to DDD anw.

i think Ratio might have more low cost setup for 2 Elite + 1 adds setup but he also has more stage he can't do that without premium invests. 4+ target mobs are pretty hard for him

The cons low dmg on non break enemies is kinda 50:50. Due to his trace, if you build him with 300% break effect, he will have 35% crit rate and 200% crit dmg. Remember, the video build him with HP DEF instead of Crit body. It can go higher for non break enemies with better main stats imo

Cons : might have slower time in clearing when there are no small mobs or elites to break/kill

The only thing I see that helps boothill is that attack increase on her ult and the damage increase on her signature lightcone otherwise sparkle is doing everything else better either way I’d rather use hmc, ruan mei or a def down character

I means her kit is very overloaded so some probably didn't processed it all. She gets so many self buffs it was kinda crazy. Her major flaw right now is the lack of direction. No Super Break or Break retrigger means full Break build can't function without HMC. High BE threshold means can't build enough crits. Giving her Super Break is too broken since that means she can stack Super Break with HMC. They will probably nerf everything else to add Super Break. Lowering the BE threshold and balance out some stats is probably the easier fix.

@@silvalgalewalker503 yeah, being honest simply giving super break kit to her will make her overtuned... Tbh I think there'll be more characters that benefit her later, so I don't think giving her any buff are really needed

Yeah, it’s one of my favorite things about the upcoming break meta, you can run Boothill with a level 1, 3 star light cone, with units that have level 1 traces, and he’ll pretty much perform the same regardless. By far the unit that needs the least investment across the board to function, he obliterates both Jingliu and Acheron’s previous investment thresholds.

His Ult put physical weakness when he I this state I think

I think the trick is similar to Bronya Blade when Blade enhance his atk then Bronya pop ult so he can get a total 3 attacks with Bronya ult

he gets a lot of energy (10) when he defeat his duel opponent, so it's better to defeat his enemy in duel state, in this case a mob with low hp should be defeated by his ult (by physical break) and then after that, the duel state is reset and you can choose another enemy in the same turn CMIIW

There are a couple of reasons to use his skill before other ultimates. 1.) Buff extension. His skill is similar to Blade's, so it places him in the turn order and his 'turn' is kinda over except he still has 1 action. If he receives any buffs, they will last an extra turn. In this case, Watchmaker 4pc has a 2 turn buff, so he can extend that buff to 3 turns. He can also get advanced forward by Dx3 at the same time, since he is already in the turn order after using his skill. 2.) Gaining trickshot stacks before attacking. He gains a stack when an enemy he is dueling is broken or defeated, so if you initiate the duel, then ult to break them(with his ult or any other character) he will get a coin before his enhanced basic. Each coin gives 50% toughness damage on his enhanced basic and additional break damage, so skill->ultimate to break the enemy lets his next basic have +1 coin and do more damage. Not always relevant, but it's useful to know. There might be other reasons, but these are the main 2 I know of.

well, waifu factor aside (bc liking a character is enough of a reason to pull for them), bronya is good enough w blade (and can be used w some other chars too), acheron e0 plays with no harmony at all, + you probably have acess to tingyun even if you don't use her rn robin is definately a good investment in any case, but it doesn't look like your account is in a desperate need of an additional support, and even if it does there are rumors of ruan mei rerun happening soon, which can be even better because she fits perfectly in literally ANY team (which is not exactly the case w robin although she still does good in most cases) and bc she has good synergy with boothill

Just go for Boothill then Ruan Mei. Because if we take a look at your characters now, they don't need Robin, they need another strong DPS who can go with any team. So Boothill.

Were you using the new set? With his signature + set he has 38% def ignore, then maxed out Pela with S5 Pearls is another 58% which puts him at 96% (and full 100% at the start of the fight due to her technique). Thats why she is so incredibly strong with him.

Superbreak doesnt proc if the target dies first. Since his detonation is already so big you can just buff it to the point where nothing would survive anyways

I think there's two reasons for this. 1. This Boothill build already has an insane 270 BE without any in battle buffs. Now HMC's additional 60 is still a massive buff but I think its for the second reason. 2. This boothill is running iron Calvary. Alongside pela's shred and her light cone's shred the total def reduction+ Calvary's ignore is about 80ish which is ridiculous. 100% shred is essentially double the damage so you could imagine how good 80% shred is

You get another extra turn with a ddd proc at 184 spd. Messenger reduce that numbers to 180. With eagle set this number is just 167.4, with ruan mei you get 10spd less for all of this.

Yes, my bronya has less speed than that and I also have hp boots on blade. When I gave her DDD and a hyperspeed setup it shaved off like 2 cycles on my blade run

Def reduction also works for break

Pela is an sp friendly buffer who has an easier time getting ult compared to hmc. Her def shred will let boothill kill with his detonation which means he wont need superbreak anyways

Break effect doesn't scale with atk nor bonus dmg instead it scales massively with def ignore If you have boothill's LC and the new relic set with pela on S5 Luka LC you can effectively get 98% def ignore and completely one shot enemies

42% + 16% Def shred from S5 Resolution. 18% ignore from 4pc Set 20% from Signature LC = 96% DEF Ignore total. Do you understand how huge is this for a team with a unit at E0S1.

His best f2p lc is literally a 3* (the one that gives spd every time u kill an enemy). There's no 4* lc rn that truly benefits him, but he still performs well even without signature.

Maybe keep an eye out for any free 4* lc that gives BE in the future. For now, settle with the 3*

You know he doesn't mind staying without a lightcone so it really doesn't matter.
