I’ve got a 263hd t case and it sounds like it’s banging marbles especially when I slow down from high speeds , any thoughts on the condition, it does have a pump rub issue

More than likely, it's out of fluid and has some worn parts. You'll have to disassemble to access the extent of your damage...
