This video was really hard for me to make but I felt like I needed to. sexual violence is not talked about seriously enough and It needs to be. I want everyone to know that whatever your'e going through, if it being sexual violence or not, just know that you are not alone and you are so so strong.

Thank you for editing this, I feel like not everyone knows or even believes in sexual violence and it hurts, or people think people who say what happened to them don't believe them and think they are making it up for attention. this video is so amazing, thank you so so so much

My fiance has PTSD because he was raped and molested by priests in his Catholic Church and the school he attended. It happened in 2012-2014. It's been 10 years and still no justice. Nobody in his family believed him. The only person who believed and still does is me. He was 12 when it happened. He's 21 now.

I have PTSD from Iraq and Afghanistan and I have 2 daughters. Watching this video got me thinking what if something like this ever happened to one of them? NOTHING would be off the table. Nobody deserves this.

and that's okay, people think that just because it happened ages ago that it shouldn't hurt anymore which is definitely not the case. things like that don't just go away because it's been time. people have to deal with PTSD for their whole lives. stay strong

im sorry that time hasnt healed u, but time healed me. yes ofc sometimes i get flashbacks but i dont let that man define me or my self worth. maybe its not time that heals but its finding our self love and realising that it wasnt our fault. it may take years but i hope one day u find ur self love/worth and don't let the person that hurt u define how u feel about urself because it WASNT ur fault. dont let them win.

I was raped. Got pregnant from it but I chose life for my baby. (I do not need any negative comments I already dealt with alot of that.) It hurts me at 6 months pregnant. He tracked me down and punched me in the stomach and pushed me down the stairs. That killed my baby. I'm really struggling with it. I did everything I could to stop him. All I cared about was protecting my daughter. And I feel like a horrible mama because I couldn't protect her and save her. I can't handle this anymore.

I am so sorry that happened to you. You are a great mama and none of it was your fault. You are so strong and your daughter knows it. She would be proud of you and loves you unconditionally. I bet she is looking down, watching over you like "I am proud to be her daughter". Stay strong, I love you

I've been having flashback recently of what he did to me and it hurts to go through it again but no matter how hard I try I can't get away from it all I can do it cry and scream. I can't talk about it and it just gets worse and I cant do anything to feel better I just feel hopeless

it might be good to tell someone you trust when you are ready, believe me it takes a lot of weight off your chest. but only if you are comfortable and ready to do so. it might help

Its called “impulse” I just finished the show, I will tell you this don’t watch it if you don’t like cliffhangers. Because the show is canceled and the way they ended season two is a huge cliffhanger and you’ll never know what happened so I wouldn’t recommend watching it if you do not like not knowing what happens next.
