Something Old, Something New 

It was truly wonderful to be back at the Castle with Don Antonio and his nephew, Carmine. Don Antonio is a wonderful person with a heart of gold, and his channel has provided both entertainment and instruction to hundreds of people. I am eager to see what new and exciting directions his channel will take.

Don Antonio is an excellent cook and an amazing fisherman! Looking forward to the new exciting direction. (I am partial to his fishing videos.)
