I thought we were past the issues, there is something going on with the tune that just makes the car inoperable. I can kinda drive the BRZ but whenever I get into boost and start to decelerate and go into neutral the car dies. To make matters worse the car won't start when its hot.... So almost every time I have driven the car I get into the beans a little and the car dies anddddd I hold traffic up because the car won't start back up... Going to call Intec today to get the car corrected because I cannot drive the car like this. I know that they will fix the issues one way or another but this is just annoying to deal with. Oh yeah we have some Oil pressure issues as well, but got them resolved!

I can also tell you as in the U.K there was no engine change, the 2013-2020 models engines here are the exact same. I looked into this as was at first confused as to why U.K models did not have the red intake manifold. I doubt much else changed on the North American market engines besides that. The dog wanted to go places Lol.

I like your idea for the oil pressure. Ive got a t fitting for mine and at times i feel like it will either read high not at all but I know I still have pressure. And it definitely sounds like something with the tune from my diagnostic ears. It sounds like fueling is causing it. I know that there can be issues with that dit and port injectons system and making it all change over at the right time and right amount. Ive heard lots of good things about injec so I know they will help you get it all sorted out!

Working the bugs out is always annoying but worth it in the end. I had idle problems due to I run ID2200 injectors. They were quite troublesome at first but Working perfectly now. Just takes time and a whole bunch of patience. Most importantly is a Good Tuner!

Ah man thats sad.The first thing you want after a tune is to drive around and enjoy the car.But yeah man it will get fixed.And i have the same dog problems as you once i start my car.🤣😂Good luck with the car fix and exciting to see parts for the sti are coming in.👍✌️👉

Someone may have said this already (I didn't look), but have you checked the MAF sensor? Looks like yours is in positive pressure, which may or may not be a thing, I'm no expert. Unplug it, or even swap it out (if you have a known working one), and see if anything changes. Good luck

Hey Tanner, My thought on your issues is to potentially try cleaning the MAF and MAP sensors. They are critical sensors, so hopefully those will improve things. Can you check the Air fuel Correction value? if the correction is high 20s or 30s its a boost leak. good luck man

Extra power might’ve knocked a vacuum line loose. Check all bc it sounds like the issues i was having with my fa wrx... once fixed it was perfect, mine would rev up and down at stops as the leak was massive and the ecu would try to compensate for it. Literally changed a charge pipe gasket(mishi fmic) and the car was fine...

Check for a vac leak. Something may have come loose at the tuner. Start with the basics. Good luck fixing it.

Easy way to check if it is a vacuum leak is to run a manual vacuum gauge (any auto store should have a vacuum tester) to a port on the manifold and it should read around 20 Hg or more of steady vacuum, if you're seeing the needle fluctuating (bouncing) anywhere from 12 to 18 Hg then you have a leak. I have a manual vacuum and oil gauge on my steering column as these are 2 of the most important indicators if anything goes wrong inside the engine. Next step is a smoke test to determine where the leak is. As far as the Idle & Decel shutting off problems the "Idle Control Tables" in the map handle Idle Speed Stability & Idle Airflow during deceleration. Since you said the car would idle fine before tuning I would look at these and compare them to your original base map for any major changes that would be affecting the cars behavior now. Hope this helps.

Hey I love your videos, but I have this old clunker and from my experience when the engine cant stay idle or hold the idle rpm it may be the stepper is not functioning properly. See if that could help. Don't give up cause you are an inspiration!! <3
