@@SlyAceZeta To be honest, I did a whole run at 60 and while I could feel something was a bit off, I couldn't actually tell for sure until I did these tests. On most planes (read: not Idolm@sters) the difference isn't nearly as extreme as in this video, so if you're not a purist for the intended mechanics, 60 fps ends up being a tradeoff and not necessarily a bad way to play (some may even enjoy the increased acceleration and speed loss in high G, and most planes still felt quite reasonable). Going beyond that is what I'd definitely not recommend since it's immediately obvious that something's wrong (see me wondering why the Razgriz F-16 was stalling like crazy at the start of my stream a couple weeks ago).
It's specifically acceleration and deceleration, whether it's as a result of throttle, brake, using high G, ascending, descending, etc. The video right before this on my channel shows it in more detail.
