Son Buys House for Mom Doesn't Recognize Property After OVERGROWN Lawn Transformation 

As a neighbor to a vacant home I do not understand how a neighbor can mow right up to the property line and stop when the need is so obvious. I clean up my neighboring front yard so our neighborhood looks beautiful and in hopes it will attract a buyer who sees it is cared for. This is a stunning transformation and I truly appreciate your attention to detail. 🙏

The hedge alone is worth the money spent on the house. He's giving his precious Mother red and yellow flowers every day... they will bloom again with this beautiful shape. Its just a FABULOUS HEDGE. And now you can see the beauty of it with this perfect job done. Wow.

If I might make a suggestion…the correct way to sidewall a hedge is to sweep upwards in long strokes. A common failing is chopping downwards in short cuts. What happens then is that invariably the user turns the blade inward slightly, which causes the hedge to be undercut on the bottom and flaring outward on the top. This shadows the base, which leads to yellowing and gradual dying back of the bottom of the hedge. All hedges should be wider at the base than the top. If you’ve ever seen those perfect hedges in England, this is the method used. I’ve very much enjoyed your video. You have a new subscriber.

Then when you started raking and Bagging the grass clippings vs. leaving them in the yard, I couldn't believe it!! You are one wonderful man doing what you do AND going above and beyond. It's a wonderful gift what the man did for his mom, and a beautiful gift you gave to both of them. Now, I'm going to be a grandmother hen lol; since you don't cover your nose from all the flying dirt & grass etc., I hope you use a Neti-pot or something similar when you get home to flush your nose/sinuses. If not, you could probably end up with really bad sinus issues later on.

I live in a townhome community. As I was walking my dog l noticed a neighbor’s porch foundation had cracked. A Quick Look at a line from the porch to the street showed a drain hole that was packed with grass and other stuff. This was a result of the lawn service using their blowers. I pointed this out to the owner, it was resolved. He has since moved. I hope the new residents don’t have the same problem.
