My one take version of this beautiful Gordon Lightfoot song. I sing it year round but it hits especially hard as the winter weather sets in. We are very excited that we'll be performing this song on Dec 9, 2023 at the ‪@RoxyTheatreOwenSound‬ in Owen Sound with the East Ridge and Beaver Valley Community Choirs and on Dec 17, 2023 at ‪@AeolianHallArts‬ in London with the St Mary School choir.

Very nicely done indeed! Gordo has always been a winner with me! Your vocals were off the charts enjoyable. One extremely minor non-musical critique! I happen to very much enjoy watching the guitar handiwork, strumming & chords, & the guitar on this vid sadly got cropped out. 😟

My gosh, I haven't heard this song in decades. What a rush of memories. Lightfoot's music was often present in my home in the '70s, and this is one of his lesser known but nonetheless perfect works. Nice job!
