This sound-design demo showcases excerpts from a performance presets bank for the Waldorf Iridium keyboard created by Steffen Presley, with no talking or backing tracks. All presets include a variety of performance gestures, including the unique polyphonic aftertouch feature as represented throughout this demo. This product has not yet been packaged for sale, as we await to see what the response.is. As such, watch this page for updates.

As soon as this is released I’ll be buying it. The choices you made in designing these presets are fantastic. All of them are very interesting and very useful for making music not just a tour of random sounds that might not fit in a composition.

Sounds very digitalised and high band frequency this synth. I think this made my decision that i prefer the Quantum mk11 tonally. Thanks for letting us hear it.

I do agree that the Iridium is unmistakably digital in character. It did take me some time to get used to that. But I definetly came to love the sound. It grows on you. Otherwise, I would not have created so many presets for it.

Thank you for your interest. The feedback on here is helpful. There's a good chance I'll have finished product ready to sell sometime in the first quarter of 2024. I want to have a complete bank of 100 presets. Right now I have 92.
