Saturn obviusly the Windows versión is.. "meh", but the genesis version has better music

why in the saturn version the sprite of sonic is showing ahead the looping?

I say PC, but it seems to me that the Saturn version, apart from the lower resolution, is substantially the same as the PC one

Some graphical enhancements as well Rusty Ruins is a big example rain and fog in Saturn while PC is clear
