The biolizard vs shadow battle used to always give me problems in the Dreamcast version. Sometimes after you get a hit, you would land straight into the biolizard's pee and die. In the GameCube version I see they fixed that.

Tips for beating the bosses faster: BIG FOOT- Once Sonic has the Bounce Bracelet, just spam the bounce attack. King Boom Boo- Once you punch the ghost after he exits the ground, keeping chasing him, but stay close to the inner part of the circle. You should be able to catch up to him and punch him in mid-run. Sonic vs. Shadow (ARK)- Charge up your spin dash and let your opponent get ahead of you. Once he stops, he'll be wide open to attack. Let go and let him have it. You might get hurt by their special move, though, so be careful.

If you wait long enough during the last battle you see a red atmospheric glow begin to form around the lizard.

When the GUN Mech names come up, if look closely and slow down the video, you can see the description of the machines' weapons, armor, and other stuff. Pretty neat attention to detail, SEGA.

El mejor juego de sonic de todos los tiempos

There were many things I was afraid of in this game from all the ghosts, every form of them, to the invincible beetle in egg quarters that took me 15 minutes to complete for the first time after being stuck on that level for weeks. As well as the biolizard when I first saw it make its appearance, pumpkin hill, aquatic mine, for some reason the the gun hawk robots with the spikes that looked like eyes. But man I enjoyed the hell out of this game!!
