41:00 I think the "CHANGE!!!" option in the cutscene editor was meant for either play-testers, or developers tweaking the cutscenes to yell at another team to change certain parts of the cutscene they have no control over or don't know how to do. Like for example if the mocap is a little glitchy or doesn't look good, the play-tester can spam the "CHANGE!!!" text in the cutscene editor so the mocap team know where they need to redo a shot.
12:28 The rail "click" in the Trial seems to suffer the same sample rate playback speed problem you mentioned just before that. Play it back at 50% speed and it sounds the same as landing on a rail in the final release.
