Ladies and Gentleman, Ms. Emi Jones, the one who, alongside Doryan, was able to connect the Sonic franchise, fans and community from the past, present and towards a bright future. Congratulations on the conclusion of such a daring project, through well-thought writting, great imagination, incredible story and voice acting legends, funny cameos and newcomers helping you till the end.

I’m going to miss hearing these voices for these characters… Hearing Ryan breathe life into Sonic again? Yeah…Yeah I’m going to miss my blue hero. And Tails? I can’t wait to see how high you fly, buddy.

"Don't cry because it's over. Smile because it happened." This whole audio series was such an amazing throwback to the Adventure days (And I guess the Genesis days as well) above all else. You, Ryan, Mike, and the other actors and writers put so much effort into this, and Doryan and crew also kicked butt with the music! Thank you, Emi. Thank you very much, from me and every other Sonic fan out there.

Can we just take a moment to appreciate how Eggman got all depressed after he lost?

This is one of the best Sonic fan projects I’ve ever seen brought to fruition. Congratulations to all of the cast and crew for a phenomenal 10-episode run, this was truly a celebration of the 1998-2009 Sonic eras truly befitting Sonic’s 30th anniversary! The characterization was spot-on, writing and voice acting was phenomenal, excellent music, and a wonderful sense of love for Sonic as a series. Thank you so much for everything you’ve given us, Emi.

This will be known as the best fan project to come out of Sonic.

That final "FIN" frame with Sonic going "see you next time" actually got me a little emotional. Jeez I can just feel the love and passion poured into this wonderful little series. There was once a time where I almost considered giving up and completely dropping the series all together, but this series really brought out what made me love this franchise in the first place and reminded me of a time when Sonic was my all time favorite. Thank you Emi, Ryan, and everyone involved for all you do. I promise to turn my thoughts into power :)

Sonic & Tails R Episode 11: Eggman Goes To Therapy

This was simply beautiful! Loved every single episode! Amazing job to the team for making such a phenomenal passion project! 💙

Plot twist: Tails isn't alone on this adventure. Big managed to conceal himself somewhere within the Tornado 2! Emi, Doryan, this is without a doubt the best fan project I've ever seen, as well as the best piece of Sonic media ever! You brought some incredible joy with this. And my mind is blown how talented you are at making connections. You've assembled a dream-team of a cast for this. Your writing and sound design are amazing. {Sonic Frontiers Spoilers} . . . Sonic wondering where the Chaos Emeralds came from hits differently now.

This entire series does more for the characters of Sonic and Tails than Sega is ever offering. What you created is truly something special that I won’t be forgetting for a long time. It’s so reminiscent of Adventure and Unleashed in many ways, and it’s one of those series that continued to improve with time. Great job to you, Emi, as well as everyone who got involved in this project. Thank you for doing what Sega refuses to.

Sad to see it end, but man, there really was no better way to cap off Sonic’s big 3-0. Just awesome. Emi, you need to reach 50K subs and beyond. You’ve earned it all. Edit: Whoa. Didn’t expect you to reach 50K THAT fast. Congrats Emi!

Man... after being so disappointed with the past 10+ years of Sonic in many aspects, most of which was the narrative, it is SO NICE to finally have something of such high quality and it's not even official! The story is simple but that's what allows for great character interactions and fun moments in general. It still has stakes but doesn't feel too edgy and keeps you wondering what will happen next or which character will appear. Everyone is in character as well as they should be, no idiot Knuckles no edge-lord Shadow etc. etc. Everyone did a fantastic job voicing the characters too and in particular I just want to say that my man Ryan still got it! He was MY Sonic and I'm so glad that I got to hear him possibly for the last time ever again. Thank you Emi and the Team for giving me and the community such a wonderful opportunity! Can't wait to see what else you got in store for us... a Shadow and Team Dark audio series perhaps? Pretty Please?

This is one of the best Sonic stories we’ve ever had since Black Knight. I love how you guys wrote Tails character. I thought Adventure 1 was his peak. Amazing job

Despite this being a fan series, Sonic & Tails R has went far and beyond our expectations. Great story, wonderful music, awesome voice talent, and of course an incredible director & creator! Can’t believe this is it. 😭

Alright, time for the real finale. I honestly really enjoyed Eggman's cordial departure here. Emi did a great job depicting Eggman as a true threat, but also keeping his respectful, affable side. Such a great balance, and a nice respectful sendoff for the doctor after his big climactic showdown. Tails speculating about Eggman going super - now there's something to think about! BIG! He's back! Such a welcome face with words of wisdom for the ending. Anyway, good satisfying ending where we see the characters wrap up. Most Sonic games have really short ending sequences, so this felt nice - getting a little more time to close out with everyone.

I literally rewatched the whole series again before heading into this Ep. Great job to you Emi and the team, this was amazing. Hearing all the old voice actors was great and your take on Tails had all the emotions, it felt so real. Now time for the third watch-through😅😂

I like to imagine the ending with Tails leaving leads into Tails’ Adventure for the Game Gear. That game has Tails at his most badass, taking down an army of evil birds with nothing but his own technology. Not to mention bombs, lots of bombs.

Thankyou for giving Tails a super and making him more heroic and independent! That was the best thing that you could have done for the character since SEGA took that away.

Here ends the most ambitious Sonic fan project i’ve seen in a while, compiling so many names from across the series history, having some real special writing, and some real hard work put in. And a momentary goodbye to these two wonderful lifelong friends, Sonic and Tails. Good job, Emi. You and the rest did some real amazing work.

So I think this has been the best characterization of Tails to date. Hands down. He's grown, and learned to fight for himself, but he's not become arrogant because of it and he's still not afraid to ask for help or be part of a team. He's realized that he can be just as good as Sonic is, without being exactly like Sonic or letting it get to his head. He wants to protect all of his friends and will do anything to make sure nothing happens to them. And he still looks up to Sonic, just a little, like best friends always do. And with an ending like that there must be more to come. If only to show us where Tails went, and what he did on that journey, since the Sonic canon... admittedly isn't very detailed, so we don't have much of a hint as to what could happen. Keep flying high, and I look forward to the comics!

Thank you for making a series that does these characters far more justice than what sega does with the modern games. This whole series took me back to the adventure days as well as the mega drive era, and so on. And Ryan Drummond coming back as sonic was one of, if not the best thing to come out of sonic in terms of voice acting. It frustrates me that sega themselves hardly cares about making a fully fleshed out story with good character development, like they did back then. I wish there was a season 2 of this, but alas, all good things must come to an end. All in all, I’d like to end off by saying this. This is by far one of the best, if not the best sonic fan project I’ve ever seen.

This was a good time and we got to hear the voice of several people whom used to work for SEGA. Also I bet it was a beautiful moment for Emi to voice her favorite character Tails.

You move an inch forward, it feels like a year, which it is. But it's been a long road, and you're finally here now. ^^ I'm so happy that you put all your Heart and Talent into this series. xP

Eggman really spoke to me this episode. The dejected tone in his voice was sad in such a deep and subtle way that it really resonated with my heart.

I'm late but I just wanna thank everyone who worked on this. This will give long time fans a great taste of the adventure era, and tell new fans exactly what sonic can and used to be. So thank you everyone. Thank you.

I just binge watched (or binge-listened? Idk what the word is for these sorts of things haha) the whole series and this is quite possibly one of my favourite Sonic fan projects. The writing in this is so good like the callback to the first episode from Eggman is such a great detail to tie everything back in together. The characters have been so well characterised in this (Tails got such a crazy glow up) and also the guest appearances from the other characters were dope as well as all the voice actors reprising their roles made this a super special awesome experience. I really enjoyed this, it gets a 10/10 from me!

This series was so good! I loved hearing Ryan voice Sonic again - he kept getting better with each episode! And of course, you were great as Tails, Emi! I'm glad you were able to get Mike Pollock for Eggman (I'd have thought he'd have a contract with Sega that would prevent him from voicing Eggman outside of official content), and all the other voice actor cameos were great too. I've been a fan of Sonic for almost 20 years now, and this is by far the best fan-made content I've come across. Thank you so much for making this!

Idk if it was parallel thinking, or if Ian was inspired by this, but Frontiers also tackled Tails’s insecurities and also wanted to go solo for a while, which I found to be really cool.

this ending was very nostalgic. And that music magnified that feeling even more. Everything both good and bad comes to an end. I kinda feel bad for Sonic. Having an amazing relationship with someone only to get inevitably separated in the end leaves an empty spot in your heart. Waking up another morning knowing that the friend you used to share a strong bond with, especially when you grow up together, is now gone with no guarantee of meeting him again leaves an empty spot in your heart. Many friendships have ended this way. The special bond once strong turning into old-aquaintance kind of relationship is the worst thing that can happen. It happened to me twice. The only escape is to remain optimistic, to keep making new friends wherever we go, seek adventure every chance we get, and most importantly, hold dear all of our memories of our old friends and adventures that once made us whole. We need something good to look back on when it's all gone. Sonic's and Tails' friendship is very heartwarming and beautiful and I like to come back to see it from time to time. Thank you for your contribution to this soul remedy 🙂.

This series PERFECTLY captures the feeling of the Adventure era of Sonic, and reminds me of why I loved Sonic so much as a kid. I'd really love it if they hired Ryan back to play Sonic, because I think he's shown over the years that he has genuine love and appreciation for the character that I don't think has been matched by any of the subsequent actors, even though Jason is my favorite. I'm also not a fan of Roger's work for Sonic whatsoever.... not a bad voice actor, but a terrible fit for the character. Emi was also great as Tails, probably my favorite voice for the character ever. Seeing most of the old voice cast return for this was fantastic. What a great celebration of this series and its legacy.

This was one heck of a ride. I miss this kind of storytelling from the older sonic games. Great to hear ryan drummond all the other returning voice actors again.

I...I actually nearly teared up at the end there after the credits. It felt like Ryan was thanking us for enjoying the ride just as much as Sonic was. Anyways, this series has so much heart and soul poured into it that, frankly, has been lacking in nearly every Sonic game after Unleashed. The quality voice acting, excellent writing and glorious music all came together in one radio drama that I would rank right up there with the highest of Sonic media. I feel like I already said this somewhere else in one of the episodes, but I will bring it up again here. Thank you Emi. Thank you Ryan. Thank you Mike. Thank you Trey. Thank you EVERYONE who contributed in making this wonderful work of art. Your passion for this series shines bright and I am eager to see what else you all may have in store in the future. Ladtly, I want to thank YOU, the reader. If you managed to reach this far, you are most likely just as passionate in your love Sonic and his friends. Seeing all of us banding together and giving this series such a warm reception gives me hope that whatever happens to the Blue Blur, this community, fractured as it is, can still find common ground and get along when it needs to. That was such a wonderful told story, I could see the passion for each character in it. As a Tails fan since Tails Adventure, it was nice to see him done in such a positive light. After Sonic Forces got to admit I felt rather defeated as a Tails Fan, seeing how low SEGA seemed to regard the character. I really loved how you handled his character, it was such a beautiful thing. With Tails going super, his connection with Sonic and his path of coming into his own. It like a story we could have gotten from Sonic Adventure 3. Its nice to know if SEGA not going to treat the character right...we have inspiring people like you to show the very respect the character deserves. Thank you so kindly for the wonderful audio story, really brings a smile to the face of a Tails fan, and just a fan of Sonic in general. It reminds me why I loved those characters.

Out of all the 30th Anniversary projects made in honor of Sonic, this has got to be the best. You voiced Tails wonderfully, Emi, and you really gave him the chance to be the hero he is alongside Sonic. Cheers to you and the whole R team. You guys did awesome 💛

I hate that I'm 2 years late but this is undoubatly so beautiful and man.. It feels so nostalgic, I wish this could go on forever but every start comes to an end.. Sega needs to take notes.

Let this entire project serve as a reminder that Sonic's fans are capable of incredible things. Just think of how many of these great voice actors reprised their roles and how many of us thought that it was impossible, simply because none of us were crazy enough to ask?

YESS ITS BACK!!

This is such a cool wrap-up to an exceedingly wonderful radio drama. Probably one of the coolest ideas to come out of the fan community in quite some time, and it's great to see it to the end! Congratulations again, Emi!!

I held off listening to this series the whole time, waiting for all 10 episodes to come out. And now that they are, I marathoned the whole thing. And I have to say, this is one of my favorite Sonic projects, ever. Official or unofficial. Game or not. This was absolutely incredible. A Sonic story so true to everything that makes the series great, and an insane amount of ambition. The fact that you guys were able to put this together blows my mind. I could feel so much real heart in this, and it was a wonderful story for Tails' character. Tails is no longer that little brother always looking up to Sonic. He now stands right next to him. Beautiful. As a lifelong ultra fan of Sonic, this series really made me emotional at the end. Bravo. I've already listened to Fly With Me I don't even know how many times, and it's gone right where it belongs. On my Sonic vocal playlist, right next to all the Crush 40 and Tomoya Ohtani songs I love. Thank you so much Emi and everyone who worked on this project. You guys knocked it out of the park. And btw, the Egg Ghidorah, loved it. Using that scrapped Sky Chase boss from Adventure 1, what a great idea. And the fight was executed really well, despite being just audio. Loved it.

What an absolutely FANTASTIC way to end an amazing series! I can't put into words how great these episodes were! Hearing the original voice-actors for these characters come back is amazing to hear! And the music that went alongside it was top-notch! It's almost as good as the Sonic Adventure soundtrack's and THAT is hard to do! If you are really making another season, I'm sure it'll be as great as this one, if not better! Everyone who was apart of this project, you all deserve multiple pats on the back for making this series as good as it was!

It felt weird to hear Ryan Drummond and Mike Pollock talking to each other but it felt so nice at the same time! Glad that i was able to hear him as Sonic again it's been a real while and reminds me that i'm finally hearing him again after the Adventure era AND THAT I'M 22! Waw it's actually been a while! I was only 7 when i discovered Sonic Heroes the game that introduced me more to this amazing lore than the genesis ones and that made me a fan and that game was the last one where he voiced Sonic AND I WAS ONLY 7 BACK THEN! Anyways i'm so surprised that i keep repeating myself, what i meant is thanks to all of you guys that made this series possible, it really brought me back to the very begining, my childhood.
