I think that in an unused line sonic mentions a checklist he has during his journey throughout Starfall islands and the last one is read a book at his house which is how secret rings begam
@@PruppetMaster Just enable the "disable monologue restrictions" code in HedgeModManager and run around in game for 10 minutes (and/or get the More Frequent Monologue mod) ...assuming you play on PC.
