My theory is it's just coincidence mixed with an increased intensity into a fandom with being on the spectrum. So anyone on the spectrum, or a majority, will have a natural inclination to be more of a "hardcore fan" for whatever it is they gravitate towards to. And in turn, this fandom being portrayed unabashedly in public makes the general public (aka Me lol) think there must be some connection between the two. It's all just our silly monkey brains being hardwired to look for patterns and shit in everything haha

Hello! As someone who has ASD (was diagnosed with Asperger's at a young age) and loves Sonic, it's tricky to explain, but I'll do my best to give you some insight from my perspective. ^^ Sonic is not only an interesting character in terms of design & gameplay (fun!), but he also has a likable personality. He's kind, understanding and helpful to those in need, believing in doing what he sees as the right thing when the time calls for it. He never talks down to anybody (except for the ones he's got a rivalry with, like Eggman), but only because of their actions bringing harm to others. He's also very young, free-spirited and lifts others up when the going gets tough: trustworthy and reliable. He doesn't change who is for others and inspires them to be brave, independent, and unique to themselves. As mentioned, he's a role model and favorite character to me, and I've adored him for a good number of years by now. He's helped me make friendships and socialize!! But he also inspires me to live life to the fullest in the time we have. At least, that's what he figures. =) Hope this helps! ^^

Be prepared for a long ass review of my own, Star Wars Episode III Revenge of the Sith: DISCLAIMER: I am using the English GCSE grading system for my grades so the highest is A* while the lowest is U. The opening: This opening is so much better than anything prior or after it, it throws you right into the action in Coruscant's orbit with star destroyers everywhere, separatist gunships all flying about firing like drunks and when Anakin and Obi Wan arrive on their ships, you feel the brotherhood Obi Wan and Anakin share as they fly by the screen in sync with one-another's movements. The CGI works here as well as the focus isn't on the technical side and more on the battle itself, I enjoy the interactions the brothers(my nickname for Kenobi and Skywalker's partnership)throughout the fight and the introduction of Grievous works well and the small but sweet duel between Anakin and Dooku(ik Kenobi's there but he gets taken so quick it's like he's not there)showing Anakin's strength and how dirty of a manipulator Sidious is when he orders Dooku's death and the escape is also good with a snarky Anakin making comments on Grievous's height and of course this was 'another happy landing'. A* for effort, A* for execution The romance scenes: It was a smart move of Lucas to limit these scenes because they were fucking everywhere in AOTC and hot damn it got annoying real quick, but because they're reduced in amount it gave the writer more time to think and whilst there is still some cringey lines, it works better here since there's less of a focus on it so(I hope I don't go to hell for this)good job George. A* for effort, A for execution Characters(I will not include Bail Organa although he's a good character it isn't worth it I feel giving him a whole section wasn't worth it, I won't include C3PO, Dooku or R2D2 either because they're the same in each film and we hardly see them here): Anakin Skywalker(Darth Vader): Contrary to what most people think, I feel Anakin was handled brilliantly and they really showed how depressed he was and how happy he was to see Padmé again after what seemed like ages if you followed the CW series that meant something in filming(2003-05 NOT 2008-14). He was imposing when he needed to be, he was intimidating and I'd be fucking lying if I said I hated his scenes where he was just staring at you either with those glowing orange eyes near the end, when he's deciding what to interfere with Mace's duel with Sidious or not and when he's on Mustafar crying about everything he's done after his slaughter of the separatists. His turn seems petty at first, but it is built upon very very well with him being happy for Padmé's pregnancy at the start but slowly becoming more fearful because of what happened to his mother and how Sidious practically played him like a guitar is tragic in many ways. A* for Anakin Obi Wan Kenobi: The memes are endless, but in all seriousness this is a fantastic rendition of a young Obi Wan Kenobi compared to the dickhead we met in episode I, or the overprotective asshole from episode II and he stands on his own next to Alec Guinness's Obi Wan Kenobi no doubt in my mind about that. He was calm, wise, caring and extremely humble and his fight scenes were awesome(as were Anakin's)and he was extremely relatable in this film because he's lost everything(as has Anakin)and now has been forced to his brother's home planet watching over his nephew in a sense(he's a better uncle than uncle Owen that's for sure)while living with the burden of leaving Anakin to burn to ashes at the end. A for Obi Wan Mace Windu: Oh I hate Mace Windu as a character, he's rude, arrogant, a hypocrite and whilst his fight scene is good, it doesn't make up for the fact that the character is a complete ass with no real reason for being an ass. U for Mace Yoda: Honestly, I think this Yoda is pretty damn good all things considered as he not only deals with losing his order, he also deals with the consequences of his actions when he allowed Obi Wan to train Anakin(he shoulda been trained by someone older)and he also deals with the crushing defeat of not being able to kill Sidious before he could truly destroy the republic. I love the fight scenes with Yoda and while he leaves Palpatine early, he knows reinforcements will be there so he's screwed either way, he loses he takes the Jedi with him into death and if he wins he basically has a galaxy to repair which I don't think he could do personally is just tragic but memorable at the same time. B for Yoda Padmé Amidala: In all honestly, that original ending with Padmé trying to kill Anakin is ridiculous but that's another topic entirely, Padmé's arc made sense here because while she's little more than an extension of Anakin, I feel that works here because she's pregnant and whilst going through that it probs won't be a good idea to attend the senate meetings when she's obviously not allowed to be a senator and a mother at once isn't that bad as it makes sense for her to be at home when she wants the marriage to remain secret at least until the war is over that is. C for Padmé Darth Sidious: He's brilliant here and while I don't really like the character, I can enjoy his really evil and calm evil persona a lot because of how funny it can be when he's laughing all the time like during the duel with Yoda or when he's knighting Anakin as 'Darth.....Vader', although his uncomfortable orgasming during that scene is bloody difficult to watch with a straight face on as you think at one point his first lesson would be how to suck someone off but all jokes aside Sidious is a win here. B for Darth Sidious General Grievous: He had a good fight scene but died like a bitch so he's okay, but could be better. D for Grievous The fight scenes: Battle of Coruscant and invisible hand: Easily my favourite opening sequence from any SW film. A* for effort and execution Battle of Kashyyyk: This scene was inventive, I like it because it takes the battle of Endor structure and mixes it in with a battle of Geonosis type making it the best of both worlds and tbh, I didn't mind that one wookie screaming like Tarzan to blow up a droid ship because wookies make it clear that they don't like subtlety so any method works for them. A for effort, B for execution Order 66: AWESOME! A* for both effort and execution Lightsaber duels: There are a whopping 5 lightsaber duels here and they're all adequate with 3 of them being awesome fights namely Anakin vs Dooku, Yoda vs Sidious and Anakin vs Obi Wan because I bloody love the choreography used in these fights, it makes me feel like I'm watching trained fighters doing what they do best and that, is a fucking good feeling. Mace vs Sidious wasn't bad but the other 3 Jedi went out like they didn't know what was happening so that was annoying and the Grievous vs Obi Wan fight was too short imho, we're told that his capture would end the war, but he's at best pitiful in lightsaber fights so it doesn't seem that difficult tbh. A* for effort, A for execution The ending: This ending had me crying like a bitch the first time I saw it in 2005 and I knew absolutely nothing about SW at the time, all I knew was that things improved eventually but it certainly took it's sweet time. My dad explained to my 5 year old self that the ending led into SW:ANH which I've seen twice and it took my dad a decade to get me back into it because I was a stubborn little shit, Padmé's funeral was done brilliantly and then the scene on the death star when it goes from the force theme into imperial march was brilliant and then seeing both twins go into their adoptive families with a classic binary sunset score ending off this marvellous film. A* for both effort and execution My list for the saga is as such and thanks for reading this: ROTS ROTJ R1 TFA ESB TPM ANH AOTC

I probs have a very unpopular opinion and way too much time on my hands, but I will give a review on why ESB(imho)isn't that great of a film and before you say 'He's a silly child with shit taste' I'm 17, but that probably means nothing as I still disagree with the general view that ESB is the best SW film in existence, but I'm not willing to talk shit to anyone and I will explain why ESB isn't a favourite of mine prepare yourselves though cause it's a long ass review: The opening: At first, I didn't think this was necessarily awful because Luke was curious about the probe that landed on the planet and his tauntan went mental because of the wampa, but now if you think about it something just doesn't mesh well for me, I mean wouldn't Luke have done major studying on the planet and the species relevant to it to know why his discount horse was going mental to begin with? Also, everyone talks about Hoth's iconography, but it's one of my least favourite planets due to how barren the place is, although I'm guessing that was to fool the empire and to show the rebels know their shit regarding the galaxy. The wampa scene(1980 or 2011 idc which one)is fine so there's nothing wrong there, Luke's counselling from Obi Wan is also a nice touch into the scene because it shows an effort to steer Luke into the waiting arms of Yoda. Grade is B Characters(I'm not mentioning Obi Wan, R2D2, C3PO or Palpatine as we only see them in one or two scenes or their descriptions are the same for each film): Luke Skywalker: Whilst most see this man as progressing quite far in his training and as a person, I personally don't see much improvement when he still makes rookie mistakes after supposedly 3 years of combat experience, he moans when he's not doing anything of note and his training scenes with Yoda, while important still don't have much impact on his persona(I know you would make the argument about Anakin in TCW, AOTC and ROTS being reckless as well but Luke had a normal life prior to his training whereas Anakin was a slave with no one to go to other than his mother)and that to me, screams shoddy character development. C for Luke. Han Solo: This is how to do antiheroes right, Han is witty, determined to save his allies at all costs, a stunning pilot and unlike Luke, he gets on with his missions even when things don't seem to go according to plan and while all of this is awesome, the best part is he doesn't even feel he should be doing this and wants to pay his debt to Jabba, that is an awesome showing of dedication to be unwilling to do something yet still get on with it anyway and that is what makes Han an awesome character for me. A* for Han. Princess Leia: I don't really know how to describe Leia here, not easy to please? I think that works best, she still carries that lack of trusting with her from ANH, however she has also gotten more childish mainly in her conversations with Han where it's almost impossible for him to please her, hello? This is the same man that saved your arses back in ANH by getting Anakin out the picture so Luke can fire his shot into the reactor core, there is no need to be so hostile towards this man only 3 years after, if anything he should be looked at as an alliance saviour due to what happened yet cranky old Leia still ain't pleased. I enjoy her in ANH and ROTJ, however ESB misses the mark by making her too hotheaded, impossible to please and overall just unlikeable. D for Leia. Lando Calrissian: This man has an agenda that much is clear, however it's poorly developed here and ultimately doesn't mean anything due to Lando helping the heroes AND villains in the same fucking film, I usually like characters like that but this man is too snaky for his own good. Other than that though, I like his sly demeanour and the fact he's able to pick a side at will isn't a bad idea and just a side note, who doesn't love that cape of his? B for Lando Ozzel and Needa: They both do nothing other than get killed by Anakin so they're both useless sacks of shit. Us for both of them. Yoda: I find this version of the lovable Jedi master is good, his lessons are wise and he's evolved and seen the flaws of his order in the PT era so he doesn't trust those ways anymore and thankfully doesn't try to turn our main hero into an emotionless droid like he was in the PT. His introduction is silly, but it works knowing Yoda being in hiding and all not wishing to reveal himself to a could be imperial agent and the fact he refuses to keep himself hidden as soon as Luke mentions his father and then immediately gets worried because of what happened with Anakin prior, I like that it gives him a real sense of regret with how his teacher was so inexperienced. B for Yoda. Anakin Skywalker(Darth Vader): Anakin doesn't really do much in this film tbh, but when he is called into action, he does what every good villain should do, act badass, create fear into the audiences, show off his immense fighting prowess without even trying his hardest and he even cracks discreet jokes at his enemies and incompetent workers, and who can forget the 'No, I am your father' scene? This is an awesome presentation of Anakin but sadly it wasn't used to the maximum as he was mainly in his pod, but who can blame him he probs wanted to polish his helmet and meditate. A for Anakin Boba Fett: He's an overrated bastard that does fuck all, moving on. U for Boba. The battle scenes(compared to AOTC, ROTS and ROTJ): Hoth: It's a creative idea, however I think the scope of the battle is portrayed slightly better in the Geonosian battle after the arena in AOTC, think about it, you have Geonosians who can kill most Jedi by shooting one blast at them, a bloody armada of droids, I don't know how many copies of Jango Fett(the better Fett)and Jedi helping them all. Here, you get an anticlimactic feeling when Leia asks the rebels to flee because we knew the trump card was the AT-AT walkers however there was also, a million plus troopers, impenetrable shields and an overall larger ground force was obviously going to be too much for our heroes to handle with the limited resources they had and that, was what made this battle seem all too anticlimactic for me. A* for effort, C/B for execution The asteroid field: This scene is awesome, no more explanation is necessary. A* for both effort and execution Lightsaber duels: I enjoy the main duel here and Luke losing a hand is deep for anyone to experience especially when it's revealed moments later that the man who caused it is your goddamn father! I still enjoy duels like Battle of the Heroes, Duel of the Fates and A Jedi's Fury better, but that doesn't make this bad and it holds up well even close to 37 years after it was made, good job Lawerence Kasdan and Irvin Kirshner. A* for effort, A for execution. The ending: I don't really know how to describe this ending other than ambiguous, I like the ending as it is very fitting for this film being the darker sequel and I think it's not bad, though it falls flat compared to other endings them being ROTS, ROTJ and AOTC due to the fact that next to nothing was accomplished by the empire and I don't necessarily think that's bad, but it comes off as lazy to have really neither side for lack of a better word winning the war. C for effort, D for execution. That is all I have to say on ESB and why I don't particularly enjoy it as much as others do but I leave you with my list of SW films from best to worst. 1. ROTS 2. ROTJ 3. Rogue One 4. TFA 5. ESB 6. TPM 7. ANH 8. AOTC

Developed a too high tolerance of Prozac since 2016 (same pill) and it stopped working. New medication's working great now and I'm able to manage myself.
