Warning: Lots of cursing in some clips (to be expected tho because this fight is hype as hell)
Please, please, please heed the spoiler warning at the start of the video. I genuinely cannot tell you how much of an effect the first titan boss had on me and the main reason I made this video was because it was such a special experience and I wanted to see a bunch of other people's reactions to it. Please go into it blind if you haven't, then come back and watch this video.

It amazes me how many people forget all the moves they learned just becuase they get super sonic lol, like you can see your not doing slot of damage, that should push you to experiment with other attacks instead of just spamming the main attack button. Otherwise the boss fight itself it absolutely hype, gets your blood fired up with that music while your rush a enormous beast like that

In their defense, in every other game super sonic is a simplified godmode with either a gimmick, different controls etc. this is the first time your actual moveset is just an enchanced version. so everyone just starts spamming attack on instinct and forget.

The boss fight isn’t mechanically hard. You can win if you come with enough rings and parry most attacks. But there’s something to be said about the power of the rule of cool. It doesn’t matter if it’s hard, if the fight makes you feel like the coolest thing alive.

My favorite moment in these is when people get the last emerald and Super Sonic slowly descends into the camera, does his smug grin and Undefeatable starts playing. Despite being a big franchise, Sonic has had a... mixed reputation for a long time, with him being constantly being a joke in the internet. But when fans say "this one is finally good", a lot of people will think "oh yeah, Sonic, maybe should try this one out", after all, everybody KNOWS Sonic, but recently, it seems only long time fans know what Sonic is actually ABOUT. But when newcomers reach this moment, it instantly dawn on them. What kind of game they are actually playing. How this series is actually capable of making you feel. And for long time fans, they also hype. Because Sonic is back :)

I fought this guy not know you could cyloop. I'm on island 3 and didn't know quick cyloop on an airborne enemy spikes then back to the ground! One of the best thing about this game is finding out all the things you could have done from others and going "YOU CAN DO THAT?!" BEST SONIC GAME IN 15 YEARS. TOP 3 3D SONIC GAMES EVER!!!

If you do it quick enough you can dodge the swipe, stomp him and it sends his head into the floor and you get a unique attack animation with parry counter

Yep. You must to use the fast cyloop attack to do it, unless you have the regular cyloop completely upgraded.

100% this game yesterday!!! This boss fight, I fought him so incorrectly XD. I went into this boss fight with only 80 rings thinking it was enough. But it's doable! Just gotta be very precise with your movements and never get hit lmao Undefeateable goes so fucking hard!!!This whole soundtrack goes balls to the walls hard!!!!!

We lifelong fans knew things would get messy when Super Sonic kicked in. The first time, Giganto had it easy against Sonic, but now it's payback time. No holding a single punch back this time. Epic at its finest.

Usually reactions for Sonic games don't happen because nothing exciting happens in a Sonic game these days cause they are either boring or just a copypaste THIS HOWEVER IS SO DIFFERENT THAT ANY RU-vidR/STREAMER THAT REACHED GIGANTO WERE SURPRISED IT WAS THIS HYPED OF A BOSS. Congrats Sonic Team, you managed to make Super Sonic a utter badass again.

Awesome Moment. Only thing I wished the devs did is to have the popup show up sooner so that it doesn't interrupt the hype moment of the song with a clean transition into combat.

This moment was so incredible, I felt like I just beat the game and expected a cutscene before the credits. I was content with the game being short given how great it was. Then the game's like "lol nah, im not done with you yet"

Haven't been a big fan of sonic since I was a kid. I loved the advance games, rush, and adventure. This game brought that childhood magic back. Had chills coursing through my spine. Sonic has never been more badass.
