I like how this mod is using the best aspects of Giganto (Mouth Beam, trying to eat Sonic, slaming Sonic from both sides, and the reaction where you parry him), and Knight ( using weapon and long-range interactions they have). I think what can be improvement is the flight part of the fight where Suprime starts flying. If he was flying quickly over the entire map while shoting all kind of lasers with Sonic trying to catch up to him, similar of how Sonic had to catch up to Vayvern, it would greatly improve this boss-fight.
I considered trying that as you can tweak Supreme's flight speed (and somewhat adjust his flight path), but I don't think the tools are quite far enough along to do it properly.
Yoo that's actually an awesome idea. Then the final titan would be a reference to all 3 previous bosses! I do wish that the gun would be used a lot more during second phase tho
Modders are legendary for this, but it's still up to Sonic Team to actually improve the fight. The moment the wings come out, Supreme should be flying around Kronos/Rhea/Ouranos like Wyvern and shooting his gun at Sonic mid flight. It should be parts of all 3 Titans in one and then some. But this was sick too
Tbh I want it to be more than just flying and a giganto copy, this is the final boss after all so it's gotta be better than the other titans if that makes sense Or just redo the entire design or something
@@ultraplayer4594 From what people are digging up, it sounds like Sonic Team never intended to be more than 3 islands, so I wouldn't be surprised if Supreme was a result of trying to make one more hub boss. Which would be why many animations are copied from Gigantic and some effects and QTEs feel unfinished. I guess we'll see how big the planned updates are. I wouldn't be surprised if Supreme gets some things fixed, but it's probably not going to get entirely overhauled.

Yeah but that's a seperate mod, the point of the vid is the new Supreme fight. You'll only get that combo grading system if you also have the Hedgehog May Cry mod on (or whatever it's called)
This version of supreme is defiantly more stand out (and more difficult) then the original, it felt too similar to Giganto. I hope the new challenge mode coming in update one will add a boss rush mode and new game plus with much harder bosses.
Morio Kishimoto confirmed that he wants to actually fix this final boss, so it's possible that we could get something like this, or something even better

the only thing we need to make the definitive supreme is making a new animation for the cyloop, also for the grand slam, and make him have the wings during the fight
Yeah honestly he just feels too much like giganto even looks like giganto we need new parry animations like what they did to wyvern tossing him ,knight getting slammed we need a animation for the cyloop also
Problems with the original Supreme fight: Supreme needed much more health. Needed more chaining of attacks/ more moves. The qte with the gun wasn’t long enough. Needed a way to replenish rings. Supreme needed to use the attack with spears coming out of his mouth more. Drones needed to be less annoying to deal with. Supreme should have been bigger. Needed more quick time events than just the one we got. This mod fixed almost all of that. Whoever did this, I’m thankful for what you’ve done.
I was wondering why the original Supreme felt like the easiest of all the Titan battles, and watching this makes me see what could've been done with what was supposed to be the most powerful Titan. Great work!
there is something about that removed attack that the mod adds back in that makes supreme so much more intimidating. I mean its huge and its actually very agilely dodging super sonic, which is sonic at his fastest, while blasting at him. they should have kept that in! one more thing I wish they changed though. keep the wings for the entire second half of the fight!
This mod legit uses the best elements from each boss. The Giganto Moveset and Parry, The Knight's speedy move around the map and weapon and then Wylren's (Don't know if I spelt that right. Flight, now all we need is a mod that works with Final Horizons and perhaps his own music track and boom, perfect final boss. (Btw, I mean track for original phase, keep the remixed I'm here for the finale)
So where does this Supreme rank compared to the other bosses? It's definitely more hype than the Original, I loved seeing the unsued shooting QTEs restored.
In my opinion 1. Wyvern (it's just beautiful flying around the island so cinematically) 2. Supreme (this version, I personally believe the QTE animations should be slowed down a bit to fit the rest of Super Sonic's other QTEs) 3. Knight (it's great, but I personally don't like flying the shield into his face with missles hitting me constantly) 4. Giganto (he's fun and a good way to be introduced to Frontiers Super Sonic)
Personally, this Surpreme still ranks the lowest on my Titans list, but I'm still extremely fascinated by it. I feel like, with more time and money, Surpreme would be EVEN MORE then this.
I think the reason they had all these QTEs was meant to be implemented way earlier than intended but then they ran out of time but I think they should be re working supreme and the end
@@Elberich1 don't know if you knew this but if you press a dodge button as you're hitting the shield, you'll go behind it and you can attack knight directly. I actually never saw the part where you fly the shield into his face on my first playthrough because of that lmao
@@Elberich1Flying on Knight’s shield is entirely optional. Chaos Island taught you that when an enemy shields your attack, press a dodge button and you’ll roll past it. The same’s true for Knight. EDIT: This is why I should read replies.
@Christopher Ford shows how little sega was able to do with the time constraints they had. They need to put more time into their products so they can fully flesh them out without having to do last minute fixes.

This is just amazing! I hope this isnt mod, because I really want to do this! This will bring more people to supreme fights, so much spice in this! Its better than the last one 100%! Hes actually much harder and you have to destroy all the Drones! And the fact that they have the combo ranking! Best boss ever!
What needed to be done: Giganto: the overall format of the fight Wyvern: laser things gave him WINGS!!! WHY NOT FLY AWAY AND SHOOT SONIC FROM A DISTANCE!?!?!? Knight: HE'S GOT A GUN!!! and not once did he use it in the base battle!!! THE END: those drones give bullet hell vibes.
I agree, I looked to see if the mod config had an option to turn it off. Unfortunately not. If it could be just a tiny Letter in the top right that would probably be good enough.
Supreme deserve a praise for his design he's a hybrid giganto with angel wings, turrents, jetback and most importantly a fucking sniper rifle to snipe his victim across the map Such a badass titan hope he gets the buff he needs once update 1 comes out in the future
Reminds me of my own version of redoing this fight Phase 1: Starts with a melee fight akin to Giganto. Supreme will attack using his claws, but his two drones will also occasionally fire at Sonic when he’s far away or to catch him off guard. Phase 2: Supreme will activate the pylons on his body and summon his energy wings, before taking to the sky and pulling his rifle out. Sonic will chase after him and the fight plays out similar to Wyvern. Flying around the island as Supreme takes shots with his drones and rifle. Phase will end after a QTE where Sonic destroys both his drones and knocks him to the ground. Phase 3: Supreme will summon the gun shields to defend himself as his gun transforms into an energy sword. Now it will play out like Knight, where Sonic and Supreme will dash around the crater they made. A final QTE will play as Supreme knocks Sonic back and fires multiple powerful energy blasts, where Sonic will parry them and reveal large explosions in the distance. A final clash will ensue where the player must bash the button as Sonic and Supreme try to outplay in a clash of Supremes sword and Sonics full frontal punch
I hope someone mods it so we can use this mod with final horzion making the ultimate final boss, also somesort of build up other than the end approaching would be cool. Even if it is one interaction with the titan before the fight.
3 months later, we have a guy called Holoska who is doing a lot for this Boss Fight, he even created a model with wing animation He's trying to bring back as many things as possible that were discarded, which this Boss has a lot of, and also improve his attack patterns, etc.
This is probably how Sonic Team envisioned it and could’ve gotten it done if give more time than just one year. That decision of one year kinda made it sound like SEGA just wanted the game to be released already like another 06 despite the desperation. I’m very impressed by this mod maker.
what this needs now is: -a buildup gamplay part that looks like "the doomsday" (sonic 3 secret final boss) where you fly towards supreme, it shoots you from a distance, you fight robots along the way, avoid supreme's yellow projectiles, collect rings, and even fight SQUIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIID, before the actual fight -the wings actually showing IN THE ACTUAL FIGHT instead of just a cutscene -some wyvern like gameplay parts where, if you manage to damage supreme enough, it sends you into the normal phase 2 until another
Kishimoto said that he didn't liked how the cut qte's ended up looking. Which is weird as fuck. Like yeah, they look bad but, that's because they re unfinished. Kishimoto preferred to give us nothing than giving us something he didn't liked. What a shame that Supreme remained unchanged and also left as the worst boss.
I only hope that, over time, modders make these boss fights even more insane. -Supreme's squish-then-lasers attack should also have a variation where he grabs Sonic and chucks him either into the horizon or right into the ground, forming a crater underneath -Supreme's rifle shots should make the trees fall for a moment -Perfect timing on rifle dodges/deflections should allow Sonic to *fucking grab the bullet, spin in mid-air and toss it right back at Supreme for some decent damage* as well as general tightening of choreographics and camera angles
I love how they fixed this boss fight I think I saw and little Easter egg when supreme is above sonic when about to shot but the titan does a pose that look the one when the deadly six does
the way you synced the unused QTE with the lyrics made it way more cool than it already is. hope in one of the updates we are getting for this game they re add this QTE and the other unused things for the SUPREME fight
Look I love the new boss in update 3 but they couldn't have made some improvements to this one like add the wings in instead of them awkwardly disappearing after the cutscene?
Im gonna have to give this fixed version a S for SUPREME! The fact that the titan can make a fully upgraded Super Sonic struggle makes the mod super impressive!
Much better. it felt so weird to me that this fight was the easiest of the four. By the time you are here you can have maxed out atk and def and you realise you can just hold down parry to neuter literally everything the boss fight has making it so easy. If you have to time parries the 2nd boss is the hardest by far. So actually seeing a well designed final boss fight is good to see.
Just a funny thing in that QTE the Supreme is littery trying to Quickscope a literal glowing fly right after trying to Hardscope snipe that same glowing fly XD
I think what's truly missing from the fact Supreme fight is more usage from his sniper (which this does) however in the form that *doesn't* trigger QTEs. I guess I'm thinking more in the form of dodging like with Knight's Missiles when you rode on his shield, except this time it's high powered energy bolts and lasers from the sniper. In trying to close the distance you have to have the anticipation and reaction time to dodge them or, Make it so that if there *are* qtes for the sniper shots, make them strict timings rather than the long ones we've been used to up to this point. Really test how quick players are.
This is something I wished they added in these boss battles, the bosses health increased instead of overtime sonic beating the titians faster after each boss
Imagine this mod just enabling what was disabled. Kishimoto said that he disabled this feature because it was a QTE with animations that looked so-so and he just disabled it.
Sonic Frontiers is like that window of opportunity everyone wanted for the franchise, so even if it has problems and is not perfect, people creates mods and challenges to make sure it becomes the best it can get. I didn't even played the game, just saw a playthrough, and the only thing that makes SUPREME less supreme is how he is not invincible without parries, and yet, there it is, a mod to make it harder and more epic.
even tho i have the switch version. This makes me want to get it for the steam deck since I have learned how to run the hedgemodmanager on the steam deck just recently!
Its nice to see how you need to be max level to beat supreme! where you cannot beat him at a low level you have to be at max to take him down that shows how tough supreme is
For Supreme fight, I think the following can make it much better. •Add the QTE for the gun we saw at 6:00 at 2nd stage because that's sick. •He should use his back boosters to fly. •The Laser wings make him more gymnastic and slick, and he uses them in his attacks. •Any attacks or contact with the laser wing should paralyse Sonic for a while (2-5 seconds I'd say). Give Supreme 3 phases and let Sonic ACTUALLY struggle a bit in Super Sonic, so much that he uses Hyper Sonic in order to end him (Let the "Glory Kill", be a huge explosion due to distortion in Time Space Continuam because of Hyper Sonic. It doesn't destroy Supreme but stops him completely). Then go on to fighting The End with Hyper Sonic and Sage controlling Supreme. This would absolutely make this game a 10/10 in my opinion.
One thing no one’s been able to do yet is make him keep those badass laser wings through out the whole second phase. That aside, this is how this fight SHOULD have been!! It’s not perfect, but this is FAR more hype than how the official game made it! Sega should just make this an update tbh
