There is the comic Sonic Universe where NiGHTS shows up. There's it's fun to see Reala work with NiGHTS on orders from Wiseman, cause he doesn't like anyone competing with his rule.

It barely looked like much of a level. More a rollercoaster spectacle compared Sonic Into Dreams - from Christmas NiGHTS - where you had a fully 3D stage to run around as Sonic in. I miss fully 3D Sonic.

How so? I spent an unholy amount of hours playing it, and I'm playing the original for the first time now. Even though the original seems to have no dialogue at all, they seem on par with eachother for story telling (though so far the Wii game explained what the objects actually were and why I had them-was retrieving them)

@@emilypigeon2052 I think that's exactly it though. The stories are on par! That's the thing though; JOD is telling the same super simple story, but in a way that's needlessly drawn out and clunky. Like... you can *tell* theres not enough story material to fill the scenes with, so we wound up with a ton of bland empty scenes where nothing interesting happens. I stg so much of this game is just nights and the kids wandering around... or reala standing around villian-ranting instead of doing anything... or nights just kinda allowing themself to get captured over and over... TLDR the stories are about the same! But JOD just kinda stretched that story too far and thin.

At least Journey of Dreams was better than nothing at all!

I believe they ended up keeping the NiGHTs level on the Steam version permanently.

Will always be the best soundtrack in all of gaming, for me. I still listen to these songs to help me sleep. So catchy and blissful.

Nights 3 needs to be beautiful and atmospheric. imagen the 'valley' tech demo on unreal 4 but as Spring Valley from nights i would literally start crying of how beautiful it could be. A place that is so beautiful that only be dreamt of. i really hope they do it !
