Hollywood Sonic film is not canon, they didn't even get the look of Sonic right and had to fix it, yet you are using this as a reference? computer games mostly always have to tone down the characters especially if they have powers, so if Flash ever got a game I doubt he would be as fast as he is in the comics. Same for Sonic, in the comics, Sonic can go around planet Mobius a good few times in just a few seconds. If they made it so Sonic goes as fast as he does in the comics the games would be unplayable.
