Hey, I just got to the part about the soundtrack. I think there are very few people who talk about Runners’ soundtrack. Bickuribox12 made an awesome video talking about it. So, maybe a Runners soundtrack analysis/review?
I got to play and it is so fun! The soundtrack might be my favorite in the entire sonic series, i cant wait first it to launch and for new levels as well as new remixes for it to be released, only problem is framerate but other than that the game is prefect! And it manages to have a free premium season pass thats only 100 red star rings, so no pay to win here! Its all up to skill! Its the perfect mobile game, and the controls and levels and game modes are so unique and fun! Fall guys and stumble guys can’t compete with this
I actually like the fact that they use 2d for Rumble so that it gives some Sonic uniqueness over Fall Guys. Honestly wouldn’t mind it if the team add more 2d sections or stages as long as they add creative gimmicks from those stages too. That and hope they bring in more Sonic elements like make the base speed a little faster, maybe give unique type abilities similar to Runners n Riders (Speed type gets light dash, Flight type gets well flight or air rings, Power type gets dig n punch rocks) or bring in elements shields/wisp/emerald powers for specific stages, bring more Sonic stages and add challenges like Wacky Workbench trampoline, bring race kart challenges from Twilight Zone from SA1, bring more bosses from Sonic’s past, etc.
This game kind of reminds me of Crash Team Rumble. That game had a free trial, and while it was live,I played the heck out of that. That game, unfortunately, stopped having new content, and I'm concerned Sonic Rumble might have the same fate.
Considering that Sonic rumble is a free mobile game while crash rumble was a full priced console game. Sonic has a higher chance of staying alive (a ton of people still play the original Sonic dash all these years later and it has frequent content updates to this day).
