Eggman being able to beat the crap out of a mech that weighs a ton with bare hands is so lore accurate I appreciate how everyone mention anything besides IDW eggman on that topic, it's so cool
@@Bricknose1 Not that strange when you remember they wanted to do the classic boulder chase in one of the earlier games and there’s a good number of Indiana Jones references or nods in the series.
Makes me remember an episode of Sonic X where Eggman was able to punch a computer so hard it was destroyed, all while he smiled, punching it with his hand.
Each boss character has a new 2p costume to allow for mirror matches. Metal Sonic is grey scale much like the vanilla cast. The greyscale version is also missing his exhaust flame graphic. He is notibly darker than most, though his overall color palette in this game is kinda dark. Mech Eggman is green with aesthetic only rocket launchers, which is based on an unused earlier design of Mech Eggman left in the games code. And Mechless Eggman (which some people refer to as Leggman) has a grey suit with a jetpack, being reused from the strange egg-robo seen in the intro cutscene. Now if only they can make a new moveset for Rocket Metal...
As a console gamer, I am so upset that fighters wasn’t included in origins. I doubt they would have added anything, but if they did- mechless eggman is a MUST
We need Sega to bring this to Steam probably as part of a Sega Fighting Game collection and then we’ll probably get this patch modded into that version because who knows how long someone can keep up unofficial PS3 servers
... do you think that the RPCN servers that have existed for years have a 60% chance of dying next week? They're not shutting down anytime soon, they're used for way more games than just StF.
@@shalpp I don’t know exactly what you mean by knockback, but one thing I forgot to mention is it removes the catch-up mechanic, where the lower health you were, the more damage you would do
