He became a werehog because when eggman used him and the Chaos Emeralds as a power source for his laser canon,the process as Dark Gaia risen from the planet, Sonic the hedgehog turned into Sonic The Werehog
When Eggman used the chaos emeralds to break the earth and free Dark Gaia it split into little pieces due to an early wake up call, some of that energy of it had gotten into Sonic thus causing him to turn the moment the sun sets.
@@dragongod666sevagoth3 I would love to see Shadow Sonic and Silver becoming Werehogs together in a new Sonic game and all as playable characters in the story. I totally buy this.
