Sonic using Chaos Control 

Remember in SA2, Sonic used a *fake* Chaos Emerald and invoked Chaos Control, surprising even Shadow, who has a natural affinity for Chaos powers. Not sure if that says a lot about Sonic since he pulled it off or Tails since he made the counterfeit. Or maybe both.

When you realize Chaos Control is an oxymoron.

I find it funny that people though Sonic wasn't able to use Chaos Control. That shows how undertappreciated he is.

I think one of the main reasons he doesn’t use it more often like Shadow is because it takes lots of energy, Shadow can rely on the huge amounts of chaos energy he has and can manipulate that energy to make things such as chaos blast

I really wish they would show Sonic use Chaos Control more in the games. I know they want to keep as Shadow's thing, but the Blue Blur has shown to be able to go toe to toe with Shadow's level.

Sonic has the same abilities as shadow but does not like to use them. Sonic can do all the same chaos powers perhaps even some some others due to his crazy connection with the emeralds, such as when he called the emeralds to him from the Gaia temples in unleashed. I’m guessing he just hates using chaos abilities, perhaps after what he saw that happened to chaos he decided that he would only invest into using any chaos energy if needed. Meanwhile shadow just don’t care lol and used them whenever. And is chaos spear and blast really that effective? I don’t think sonic considers them to be. Silver can likely due the same chaos powers as well but he has his own personal abilities that far exceed those chaos powers making them useless minus chaos control which is useful. Apart from them 3 no other character can use chaos powers, but can use the emeralds did their own super form. Like knuckles and tails. They are not chaos users but can go super. This stuff needs to be addressed more by SEGA though since the canon is so fucked.
