Saw SonReal in Salt Lake last month. He puts on a fantastic show. Talked with him afterwards, he stood put there in cold signing everything for fans. Great show, great guy, and I wish him greats success.

do people even watch the whole videos? jesus christ sway asks him if it was off the top at the end of the video, sonreal replies "the ending was yeah" so no, its all written.. a freestyle can be written , its written verses on random beats.. "off the top" is not a "freestyle" . it is rare to see ANY artist do an off the top freestyle, ESPECIALLY a 5 fingers of death.

I'm way more into this type of flow of his. Not feeling a lot of Sonreal's corny sounding stuff, or slow singing stuff. His old stuff was dope. Then again, haven't heard the new album yet so we'll see.
