I really did like this one it was done so well.For me it was one of my favorite Netflix true crime series next to The Bundy series. Im still delving into your other reviews as I have time and really enjoy them all.I thought Joshua Zemen did an excellent job directing on this and I hope you might one day cover a series he did on A nd E called The Killing Season about the sex workers which were murdered in Long Island and how that could have been connected to other murders across the country..He also did another documentary called Cropsey that I thought was really excellent you probably have seen it but if not I highly recommend it.I have to say I felt similar to you on this documentary while it was very compelling I do think Maury Terry wanted to believe all his theories so much that he got a bit lost himself investigating but still there were many findings that made me wonder if he was onto something. Some of the descriptions of the killer didn't really fit Berkowitz either to me so I did think ok maybe there could have been multiple shooters. The part about the mob being involved seemed a bit reaching to me but it was still very interesting.I was really fascinated by how much Terry put into his investigative work and it's a shame it took a toll on his health. I had been waiting for you to review this one and you did a great job as always.Thanks for all your hard work....the reviews are a nice companion piece to the documentary series.
Well it goes in to why eyewitness descriptions are often flawed and that’s why composite sketches often look way off… I am aware and have seen his others.. I meant to mention them like I use to but I forgot.. I use to go through the entire filmography of people and have to say if I’ve seen them or not.. this was very well made but the fact that it’s not facts keep it at the bottom for me.
